No shampoo in the shower, a small detail that doesn't cost much but adds to client satisfaction and comfort

Excellent location, friendly staff, good value for money. Hotel is located at a gas station with a 24/7 mini market, which is quite convenient. It has a restaurant and a coffee place, a parking lot and an easy access.

We came in winter time and the room was cold, the bathroom had no heating at all. I did not like the location and the very fact that we were situated above the gas station.

The staff was really wounderful and very very friendly!

The room was great, The shower head was broken and asked several times to be fixed and no action was taken during my stay.

Clean, rather small, two bedrooms apartment with balconies, kind staff, good continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi and private parking;

Convection heater was dirty, so I need to use AC for heating, which dry air too much for sleeping. Breakfast is from 8, what is quite late

The outlets were TOO FAR from the top surface for my computer. The restaurant advertised was closed because someone "had a day off"--so I could not even get coffee in the morning. (There were no coffee places nor restaurants close by--and no electric kettle in the room.)

The room was cozy, and appeared well-appointed; WiFi & outlets close to bed for cell phone charging.

The entrance through the gas station, the man working there was very unpolite, didnt want to try to find out the password of the wifi. He was one man show, (putting petrol, selling in the market and also receptionist but very rude)

Location was way outside the centre of town - add on taxi fares and it starts becomming a less cheap alternative to staying in town

We didn't have breakfast included. The balcony is right above the gas station, so a lot of people can see you and there wasn't even anything there to sit on and enjoy a cigarette.

Comfortable bed, the bathroom was clean, AC working at full capacity.

When I arrived at the lobby they said my reservation is another hotel in the city, but there was no indication while I'm booking. I had to drive to another hotel salida 2. Lady at the lobby was extremely rude, room was not clean at all. Although beds are comfortable sheets and towels are clean enough and hot water is always possible.

Best thing was coffee and Food, breakfast was amazing, ask for theleska soup (beef soup)

The door of the bathroom got stuck, could be opened and closed from outside but you could only close it from inside (good luck if you are alone in the room). We didn't have breakfast, so we went to the restaurant downstairs. We orderen continental breakfasts for 2. Paid 10 euros for a super lame food. Whatever you do - do not get breakfast there

It's an okay location not too far from the city center. The ladies on the reception were nice and friendly.

I was told that if a friend or someone wants visit me in the room, he/she only has 15minutes to stay for free, else I will be charged more if my visitor spends more than 15minutes. That's a bit on the edge for me

I love the neatness, comfort of the room, and the fact that there is a 24-hour shop on the ground floor to buy snacks and other basic things. There is also the hotel restaurant on the ground floor that opens till 10 pm. They clean the room every day and change the sheets. The receptionists are very polite and friendly. Very comfortable stay.
