Our room faced a busy main road, making it quite noisy. I could only fall asleep with earplugs. The rooms are not very modern, and the lighting was poor – in our chandelier, only one out of three bulbs was working. The breakfast selection was also quite limited. I doubt the hotel truly deserves its 4-star rating. While the location was reasonably good and the price was fair, the noise from the street, the dated rooms with poor lighting, and the basic breakfast were disappointing. It's an okay option if you're on a budget and don't mind some inconveniences.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the center of Skopje, which was a plus for getting around. Overall, our stay was acceptable considering the price.

We heard cars passing by all night long as if we are outside. Toilet were not clean enough and we had to leave the water running for about 2 minutes in the shower for it to warm up; it’s just now starting to get hot. There were nothing inside the mini bar.

VERY POOR BREAKFAST-IN THE ENTRANCE OF HOTEL THERE ARE ABOUT 20 STAIRS TO REACH THE RECEPTION WHICH MAKES THE ACCESS DIFFICULT ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE HEAVY LUGGAGE.IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS .

There was mold in the bathroom, the breakfast was nothing like in the description, cigarette smoke hit us in the lobby/breakfast area.

Lack of hot water on overcast days. No light near my door in the hallway. Shower head impossible to adjust. Half shower door is missing. Morning prayer very loud at 5am. No cereals at breakfast. Cigaret smoke in lobby. Internet needs more capacity. Sheets with holes. Difficult to find.

Just across from the Old Bazar. Most staff very friendly. Speaks good English. Great Turkish tea and olives at breakfast.

Hot water was not always available tap water doesn't taste good The room acoustic is bad, you can hear everything in the next rooms Sauna and steam room in the room are bit old and not fully functional (require repair)

Breakfast was good with various options. Location is walking distance from many places and especially the Bazaar Bed was comfortable Room size and facilities was acceptable It was a nice experience to have Sauna in the room, however it bit old and require maintenance.

breakfast was very , very , VERY poor : no butter , no fruits , no cakes , even lack of cups for coffee. Ridiculous !!! You can compare with breakfast in Hotel Super 8 in Skopje ( I spent next night there ) : it was really delicious.

There was no hot water in the bathroom and no toilet paper. I was staying only one night, so it was not such a big issue, but in general, it is a big minus. The TV in the room has almost 1000 channels but very few are working. Wi-fi was extremely bad. I couldn't do almost anything on my laptop.

The place where breakfast was served looked very nice as well as the lobby of the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular. When I arrived, a few parking spots in front of the hotel were available. I had no problem with parking. But, in the morning all spots were taken. So, although I marked that I needed parking, I am not sure that a spot would have been reserved for me.

The room was clean but looks neglected, a curtain was missing, the curtain was torn. We arrived earlier and they told us that the room will be ready at 2pm,we came at 2pm and another person at reception told us that the room isn't ready and he dosen't know when will be, because the persone who cleans isn't there. I accepted a different room than the one I chose on booking, without a balcony, but at the same price, because they said that they all have the same price regardless of the facilities :(. Because we wanted to leave earlier we spoke to the persone from reception if we can drink a coffe there before leaving, he was glad to show us how to prepare it, but in the morning a woman didn't want us to take coffe, only if we wait the breakfast time :(.
