The spa didn't feel like a spa. There were screaming toddlers and kids running around. There didn't seem to be the same requirement for spa etiquette that you would have in other places. There were people talking on their mobile phones in the sauna, not sitting on towels or showering before. Again, lots of kids and people taking loudly. It wasn't relaxing. The safes in the room were not big enough for a laptop.

The location was great. Close to the water and to the centre. Lots of options for walking. The staff at reception were friendly and I got an upgrade on arrival. The rooms were silent! I couldn't hear anything from other rooms, the hallway or even from outside. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice and there were saunas, a steam room and jacuzzi.

Really nice resort with great outdoor pool. Rooms were very clean. Staff were all great and able to help us add an extra night because we enjoyed it. Short walk to ohrid lake which is great.

Great hotel to stay at. Fantastic breakfast in the morning and awesome, helpful and welcoming people working in the reception. The rooms and bathrooms were also very nice and very big. Great aircondition as well.

The view from the front was occluded by a construction site at the time of our stay. We stayed at the back which had an ok view. No iron in the room and fairly high prices for the ironing service

Location is just beyond the edge of the pier, which means it is peaceful but a tad further from the center, though still easily walkable. Rooms were large and clean. Great Breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel and was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and professional. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great – a wide selection to suit all tastes. The spa, pool, and rooms were all very well-maintained and pleasant. I especially want to highlight the iced coffee at the pool bar – absolutely perfect! Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be coming back!

We paid for 2 full body massages and we got 2 different types of massages. One was indeed full body, while the other one wasn't: there was no neck or belly massage, no head and face massage either. Maybe come up with a system to unify this.

The breakfast was amazing, and the amenities very nice. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Seems that European beds are a little more firm than those in the west, so I can't say that is specific to this hotel.

The hotel is on a very high level. Everything was perfect. The room was very big with the nice view of mountains. The personal is very kind and helpful. If you do not want to swim to the lake, they have pool and wellness included in price of hotel. We also love a large selection on breakfast. The lake is 5 minutes from hotel. If you want to go to city center, it is 15-20 minutes but it was no problem for us.
