    清潔感がありミネラルウォーターの追加などのオーダーにも快く対応して頂けた。

    フリーWi-Fiの接続方法がよく分からず、フロントスタッフに伺ってやっと理解できる方法でした。きっと初見では説明がないと難しい手順なので、チェックイン時に手順マニュアルを手渡して頂けると助かると思いました。

    フロントの対応が親切だった。 ウェルカムドリンクサービスが良かった。 部屋内のアメニティグッズ(タオル、石鹸、シャンプー、歯ブラシ)やミニバー(インスタントコーヒー)の毎日の交換、補充も特に問題なく、気持ちよく過ごせた。 ホテルの近くの裏路地に色々なレストランがあり、外食には困らなかった。

    朝食、ランドリーサービス込みの値段がもう少し安ければ利用したかった。 (今回は予算の都合で朝食なしの宿泊のみ利用) ミニバーに紅茶(ティーパック)も置いてほしい。(コーヒーと緑茶のみ) 近くにスーパーがないので、買い出しに少し苦労した。 WiFiの接続が複雑で、自分のPCには対応していなかった。(ホテル側につなげてもらった。)

    朝食は近くを利用した方がいいです メニューは少なく、オムレツは塩が多めだった

    朝食が洋食、中華、和食など種類が多く選ぶのが楽しかった。日本語堪能なベテランドアマンがいた。建物横からアウンサンマーケットへの道沿いにはコンビニ、レストラン、ATM、ラーメン屋などがあり買い物や食事にとても便利です。

    2階レストランの営業時間が分かりにくかった。喫煙場所が正面玄関脇だけだった。短い停電が2,3回あった。

    ロケーションが良い。対応が丁寧。施設が安全である。音楽を一日中ならしている迷惑な客がいたが、ルームコンシェルジュに電話をしてクレームしたところ、すぐに対応してくれて迷惑な音が消えたので、ルームコンシェルジュの対応の速さがとてもよかった。

    フロントとのコミュニケーションが難しい。英語によるコミュニケーションがスムーズにできる人と英語として聞き取れない発音をする人がいて、特にお金の説明が聞き取れないことが多かった。大きな音楽を一日中ならしている客や電話の声がうるさい客などがいたので、防音性を高めてほしい。

    街の中心部で車によるアクセスが良い。 広く滞在が快適である。 同じ階に煩い音楽を流す宿泊客がいたが、コンシェルジュにクレームを伝えると直ぐに対応してくれた。

    チェックイン時のフロントでの説明で英語のほとんどが聴き取れない発音でコミュニケーションが難しい。一泊あたり$55のデポジットを要求されるが、その返金に対する説明はない。

    掃除が行き届いていた費があった。レセプションの方でしっかりしていた方が2-3名いた。 Late checkoutを快く引き受けてくれた。

    新人の男性レセプションの方が手間取っていた。新人故仕方ないかもしれないが、お客に出す前に模擬で訓練してはどうか。
