Breakfast was simple, bread, egg, chicken and vegetable, but it was delicious.Also,the floor, bathroom, bedroom were clean and very comfortable to stay.Lastly, every staff is kind and smile to me.

Not bad but there's one thing what I lost the entrance of building and it was a little bit difficult to find it.Local children help me find it.

The location is very nice and you have a típical, diferent and homemade breakfast every day

Cheap, including breakfast. The staff are very helpful. The place is fun and busy. The beds are clean. They organize tours too.

One toilet and a separate bath room for a few people. It gets 'busy' sometimes 🙂 it's 10 min walking from the square or the bars area.

Once you are in the city the location is pretty central. That is part of why I booked this guest house. I liked I could pay my stay in cash at the site. Super helpful when my flight got in super late to get me into my room.

Honestly there wasn’t a thing I didn’t like. The location was great and the staff was helpful. Would definitely stay with them again in the future!

The location was great, I could easily reach everywhere I needed. The price was also quite affordable.

There were a lot of things I didn’t like. I couldn’t sleep properly because of mosquitoes in the room. The furniture was old and partly broken — for example, the bathroom door lock wasn’t working well. My towel, which I had hung up, was moved without my permission and placed randomly by the window. Breakfast portions were quite small. Also, although the word 'tour' was in the name of the hostel, there was no information or guidance provided about any tours.

Staff were friendly, simple breakfast with coffee/tea readily available by 8am and it was decent to start the day. I travelled solo so I booked a joiner group tour with them. Somehow I ended up paying more than what I was originally quoted via email when I first inquired (I sent a partial payment before the trip to reserve my slot), but kinda my fault for not calculating when I was paying the balance when I got there. I was very happy with the tour - driver and guide were very nice, had a great time with the itinerary, but a part of me still wishes I had negotiated for a better price and insisted on what was originally quoted. In any case, I would still recommend their tours. I'm just personally not used to taking group tours so I found the price to be a little steep, but I could be wrong, maybe it's the average cost for local operators.

On my first night I was able to request to be moved to the bigger dorm room (good for 8), it was in a different unit,had a lot of space, and had its own shower/toilet so it felt a little more private. Unfortunately the big dorm was fully booked on my last 2 nights (after my tour) so I ended up in the small dorm in the unit where the reception is located (main unit). You won't believe the number of ~travelers~ with no respect for quiet hours. They talked in very loud voices until past midnight in the lobby/common area and can't take a hint. The mattresses are a little old/sunken in the middle so they weren't comfortable (my back hurt every morning) to sleep on. The bathrooms were decent, toilets worked, hot/cold shower available, just manage expectations because they are shared bathrooms and unfortunatelt everyone has different levels of respect for such facilities. On same days or certain hours during the day, they were gross, let's leave it at that. Overall I can't complain much given the price I paid, I just wish there was better upkeep.

the localation

It´s not a hostel, it´s an apartament where you receive people. In a place where they have full hot weather they don´t have ventilator and air condition. Only one person work there (Amazing person Amra), speak english, other problem they never used to put toilet paper in the bathroom.

Easy to locate, very central location to much of UB. Other guests were polite and mindful.

Great location, very helpful staff, clean, nicely equipped kitchen, and good shower and bathroom. The dorm is spacious and they happily accommodated my bicycle in a secure room.

It would be great if the dorm beds had a privacy curtain and their own reading light and power outlet.

Everyone was as helpful as possible. The breakfasts provided were very nice in a way I didn’t expect. The place was kept very clean. They were helpful if you needed another bed, to extend your stay, or help you with taxis etc. I would reccomend staying here.

The beds are not the most comfortable, but if you you’ve been horseback riding like I was, it isn’t the biggest deal. Just one annoying thing was there is no where to fry your hands after going to the toilet which was a constant annoyance anytime you had to use them.

The room was much bigger than I expected! Very spacious and clean.

The shared bathroom for showers is only available up to a certain time, which may affect plans.
