This was a really great stay for me in Macau. The hotel was very comfortable, and the room really well kitted out with everything I appreciated for a comfortable stay. It is centrally located in a very authentic part of Macau, and is connected to most places throughout the territory by the very efficient Macanese bus system. It was also very peaceful and quiet inside, and I particularly appreciated the use of the fridge and microwave in the common area downstairs. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and I really appreciated the use of an umbrella on my last day as I needed to cross the road in a huge tropical downpour which would have soaked me to the skin within seconds otherwise! Thank you especially to the very friendly receptionist from the Philippines who offered me this, as well as for calling a taxi for me. And thank you for a great stay in Macau!

If only they have bidet, refrigerator or television it would have added more value. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay there.

The location is good because the transportation is accessible which made travel easy... also safe that you can walk to nearby establishments with ease. The staff were also accommodating and kind.

We had to ask for tissue and toilet paper to be replenished because there were only little of it when we got in the room.

The staff were very accomodating and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfy enough. Although the room is small, it's acceptable to sleep in.

Very nice hotel room for what you pay- spacious and had a sofa, free snacks/bottle of water, tv with YouTube and table to eat at. USB charging port so didn’t even need my Hong Kong adapter, hotel also had an area downstairs with pool table. Good location for buses and restaurants, free luggage storage after checkout. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Best part of being in Macau, if I came again it would be for the hotel!

It is a boutique hotel, so the room is rather narrow (smaller than the one I stayed in Hong Kong during the same trip).

Super near bus stop, so it is very convenient to take bus and go around Macau. Walking distance to popular places like Senado Square, Ruins of St Paul etc

Well-appointed and aesthetic room with all amenities and toiletries provided. Also a cute welcome pack that included authentic Macanese cookies. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff at the front desk. The bus stop is literally outside the hotel. Senado square is a 10 minute walk from there.
