Cleanliness is 100 percent. Super good service. Lobby has a refreshing smell and aroma coffee smell. Capsules coffee is provided in the rooms. Rooms has cute design of cartoon larvae.

I don't like the noise from the other room and the corridor. Hope you can make it sound proof especially when group of people are sharing a room and having a good night out and fun, that's ok but when other people needs to rest, its not.

I like the facilities, the location and the staff. The downside is geh noise from the corridor or other rooms but it doesn't bother me. I like service room is equipped with daily needs like utensils, potable water, laundry and vanity

The location is perfect. There are many markets and restaurants in this area. The staff are incredibly friendly especially Delia! Thanks for making the trips in Macau so wonderful.

Location of the hotel is central, walkable to almost all places you’d want to visit on the island. There’s lotsa convenience stores, market nearby. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. Rental of Macau card for public transportation is available from the hotel. Upon check in, you’ll be given some voucher to access to rooftop, unfortunately it was raining every evening while we were there so the bar was closed. Room was spacious enough for 3 to stay, dyson hair dryer and nespresso machine are provided which are such essential to my family! However sound proof system not at optimum, we could hear noise outside during the night. Other than that, everything was perfect during our stay! We will definitely choose Hotel S again the next time we visit Macau😊

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Delia and Susie who went out of their way to find a taxi that accepted credit cards for us when we had trouble getting cash. Thank you!

The hotel is really nice and artistic. The room is clean and bed comfortable. Location is great, easily accessible with public transportation. The staffs are nice and friendly, even suggested a nice eatery place to try out various Macau local eateries at Mercado De S Lourenço which is about 10 min walk.

The location is very good. About 5 minutes walk to Senado squarte. The room is very clean. Many restaurant and supermarket nearby. The staff is very helpful especially Faye, Erica and Susie.
