The cleanliness was lacking; I found pubic hair on the bathroom floor, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, there was a lot of noise at night, with people banging doors and talking loudly until 3 AM. In the morning, the cleaning staff vacuumed loudly, disturbing our rest.

There are some noise in the afternoon from the restaurant across the street but at night there is nothing. So all good. The exchange plug is not working super well… but the staff helped solved it. The bed is a bit small

The bed is super super comfy ! Had one good good sleep there! Soft and warm! Ac working just fine and the curtains are automatic! Very close to the major attraction. The pajama is quite comfy too. Got two big bottle of water.

The outside view, the construction noise, and some hiccup during the checkout (they couldn't refund my security deposit and returned cash).

The room looked new and clean and was very spacious. Good value for the price. Good location. The internet didn't work, so I had to ask staff to help me (they fixed it).

In the description of the room it was written about soundproofing, but it is not there at all. I could hear everything that was happening on the street, I could even hear the neighbors talking in the other room. I can hear people walking down the corridor. At night, at about two o'clock, a garbage truck arrives near the hotel and it can be heard very well:(

Room is small. I stayed alone in a deluxe double room with only an overnight bag so I was fine. It can be a crowed for 2 people with large suitcases. There were also construction works taking place next to the hotel so it was a bit noisy during the day

Good location near to eateries and historical sites in the old town. The nearest bus stop is only 3 mins walk away. It is also near to the Ponte 16 so one can take advantage of the free shuttle bus

Very noisy inside and out. I had problems with the lighting in my room. Difficult to get a taxi. When I was leaving for the airport the receptionist told me to go to the main road to look for one as she couldn't get one by phone.

Great spot if you want to explore the UNESCO cultural area. Very helpful manager.

Room was relatively small, but not a problem for two people, travelling light.

The hotel was easy to reach by bus from the Ferry Terminal and was well located near restaurants and major tourist areas (e.g. Ruins of St Paul). Room was clean and comfortable....staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, felt like we had a good value for our money.
