We had 2 rooms on a non-smoking floor but both rooms smelled badly of smoke

The taxi line was crazy. Please organise timed shuttled. The shuttles ran every 30-45 mins meaning you could wait a long time for a shuttle without knowing what time it would arrive.

The staff were amazing. We got a free room upgrade. The breakfast buffet was incredible and we loved the pool.

There isn’t any convenience or drugstores at the hotel.

There is a big indoor playground for kids located at level 3 near the pool. Quite secluded. I wouldn’t have noticed it if I have not gone for a swim. Good for families. Our room has the perfect view facing the fountain. Shuttle bus available fr airport to hotel and to city centre. Very Convenient. Front desk and restaurant staffs are friendly.

We had an marvellous stay thanks to Kent, when we arrived to check in, he was very helpful and accompanied us all the way to our room, then we suddenly realised we got upgraded to a beautiful huge King suite room with an amazing view facing the fountain and he organised a cake & little present for my husband’s birthday too. My husband said this is the best stay ever in Macau thanks for Kent. Also, I booked the room with club lounge access, the service there was superb, it’s on level 37 with amazing view of Macau around the Hotel. All the staffs there were so professional and friendly especially Joseph, we were surprised his English was so fluent and impressed with his service, we had a really nice chat and found out he’s originally from Korean. My husband and I have been to so many places & hotels around the world and even most of the top Macau hotels and found this place had the best service we have ever had. The buffet breakfast was so delicious and so much varieties, they even had lobster seafood congee, my husband enjoyed it so much. When we were leaving the hotel, the concierge staff John Deep was so helpful too, he knew it was raining outside and we didn’t know how to get to the shuttle bus place, he helped us carry our luggage and guided us all the way there, as soon we got there the bus was waiting for us and he got our luggages sorted with the staffs there, we only had to hop on the bus. Thank you for all the staffs especially those names I mentioned, we both felt like VIP during our stay in this hotel thanks to them.

Blinking lightbulb was annoying during the night, was blinking even when lights were off, weird.

Very nice location in the center of Cotai zone, direct access to public transport, 5 min taxi to airport or ferry. Everything in one place, good option to stay in Macau Taipa.

The staff are super nice. Tina and Duke always makes my stay very memorable. I stayed at Grand Hyatt for my birthday celebration my room was upgraded to a corner suite and they sent me bday cake and fruits. Breakfast at Mezza is excellent, James Maja and Christine dela Cruz are so attentive, impeccable service from everyone, it’s my happy place away from work. Duke i always look forward to see, with his smile and excellent service. Thank you!

Free musical fountain view.100steps to Wynn Palace gondola ride. Just walk cross the road. Free shuttle from Taipa ferry terminal to City of Dreams. Connecting to Grand Hyatt hotel. Extremely convenient! Save money for transport. Clean and hot shower is good. Friendly staff.
