The rooms were clean and spacious. For the price, this is a good value for money. They also provided free breakfast during our stay which was a nice surprise.

A bit far from the touristy areas but public transportation and taxis are readily available

Really bad experience for this hotel, we booked the hotel with very high price, more than 90% higher with the same level room, same date. And the hotel has not friendly to the consumers. Really really bad!!!!!!!!

Clean rooms, nice view.

No working fridge ( there was a tiny chili bin-like fridge that didn't cool , couldn't fit much, the main purpose of which was to make noise ) Smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system. For us - non-smokers it was very unpleasant,

Very helpful and pleasant staff that went above and beyond, extremely clean, restaurant affordable with nice food, check-in and check-out efficient, in close proximity to several bus stops. Do note that it is in a residential area far from the casinos, about 30 mins by bus (this did not bother us as we weren't there to gamble).

No room service (not a big deal for us), rooms not totally soundproof -- you cannot hear other rooms but you can hear people at the lifts.

It was so clean and it felt brand new! Hotel had everything you need and they included a free breakfast for us, which I didn’t expect but that was an amazing bonus! The location is super close to the bus stop. Maybe 200m walk. You need the bus to get to all the main areas but the transportation is so straightforward. Just check which bus (at the stop) to take for your drop off. Buses run so frequently.

It seemed slightly out of the way for most activities. Not a lot of good eating spots nearby. Just basic things and a couple noodle spots.

we have booked 3 rooms. although the rooms are small but quite clean and value for money. basically, within our expectation. the hotel provides simple breakfast which is good enough for a good start for our trip. location is good as well as we just need to walk about 7 mins to take the free buses to the casino

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Staff were nice and helpful.

Bathroom was quite small. Barely any space between the door and the WC.

I think this is by far the best service experience I have received from the staff. Everyone was really helpful in helping us book a taxi, changing small notes and more. Also appreciate the free upgrade making our birthday trip special for me and my parents.

The breakfast was horrible/ the space is so tiny and have no privacy,the dishes and utensils was not clean at all! just thinking about it makes me sad,the housekeeping staff was so good and accommodating/friendly but my bed wasn’t nicely done,and some places where not properly cleaned. The bathroom doesn’t supply with body lotion I elevator is limited and crowded,I missed my taxi waiting for it to come up

modern design and overall cleanliness

The manager in the 1st floor restaurant (Chinese lady in a black blazer and pants) was very rude to us and unprofessional. She was yelling and only spoke in Mandarin. She was loudly shooing us away from the outdoor area of the restaurant during the breakfast buffet even though I explained that their staff were the ones who offered us seats outdoors as the indoor area was full. She refused to listen until one of their staff arrived and explained why we are being seated outside. She continued to have the same attitude and continued giving me "the look" despite realizing she was wrong from the beginning. She also did not apologize for shooing us away, for yelling at us, and for touching us as she was shooing us away. She is very very unprofessional and this made our stay u forgettably disappointing - all because of her horrible behaviour and attitude.

A new hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of hot water for shower. Great buffet breakfast and loved the cold press coffee packets provided with the tea service.
