Smaller rooms, communication difficulties, very limited breakfast option, far away for even other restaurants, shops, let alone sight seeing.

Calm and quiet location. Terrace garden is best place for sit outside and enjoy surrounding with refreshing drink of your own. Staff was helpful especially the enthusiastic young security guy.hyfienic and clean place.heir own night club at basement.

Everything was great including the restaurant but the smoke smell really affected the stay overall

    • Deluxe Twin Room
    • Stayed 2 nights

The only and biggest drawback is the smoke smell from the air con. No matter how the smoke smell stayed in the room and stuck to our luggage and clothes for days. Not recommended to anyone that has breathing related conditiones as one of our company has allergies and was affected during the stay.

Everything was great. The food of the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommemd the food there.

The food in their restaurant is superb! We kept on coming back. I give it a 5 ⭐️ rating. 👌🏼 We are very lucky to have Ruby, our waitress when we dined at their restaurant, who can communicate with the Filipino and English language very well, and also she gave us tips on how to commute, find our way around, and the things that we can do in Macau during our short stay. 😊

Safe in room impossible to use at first, be fixed later, but failed again.

The doorman from Portugal is very kind and helpful. There is walking distance to the main tourist attractions, but bus transportation is also convinent. Free bus service to Macau Outer Harbour Terminal. Beautiful view at the roof top.

None so far I am so happy 😁. Just a suggestion since Macau is a tourist destination People who interacts with clients/customer should know the International English language 🙏❤️

Accessible even by walking to the places I’ve been.Tidiness of the place comes first to me and Check✅.Wifi connection is strong 💪.A comfortable place to rest after a long day of painting the town red.

The road leading to the hotel was in the slope, hard to climb. It was a nightclub on the ground floor at another entrance guarded by several bouncers. Far from city center.

European style, clean, lots of eateries around. The hotel is at the foot of the Guia hill. We arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m. The taxi from HZMB (Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge) to Guia Hotel at night costs 100 MOP (or HKD) for 2 people with 2 large luggage.

We had to go uphill for a while. Not very convenient especially is was raining heavily.

We went to Macau for a short stay during weekend once every few months. We stayed in Hotel Guia most of the time because it is in the centre of the city and close to many good restaurants and tourist spots. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful. The Chinese restaurant in the lobby is very good. We enjoyed Dim Sum breakfast during each stay.

The room is not sound proof I could hear the cleaners as well as the other guests next door. Also the television doesn't enable connection to the phone. A little dusty at parts in the room.

The beds are comfy, all essentials provided in the room. The room size is adequate and thr staff are friendly and attentive.

The location of the hotel and also the room sizes were quite small. Slightly bigger rooms with more of corridor area would have been great. Also there were hardly any quality eateries in the near vicinity so to have a more varied menu in room service would have been great.

Location was a little off the main street however there was an hourly shuttle from the hotel to take you to the main town square. It would have ben great if there was pick back from town square as well.

The roads nearby are quite steep, a bit testing for us.

There are quite a number of restaurants nearby. Easy access to quite a number of tourist attractions, either by walking or by taking buses from nearby bus stand. Comfortable room and attendants at the hotel counter were friendly and helpful.

Need to walk uphill to reach the hotel although it is short.

When we travel to Macau, we stay in this hotel most trips. It is very close to the city centre with many attractions and good restaurants nearby. The room is not big but is clean. The staff are very helpful. The Chinese restaurant in the ground floor is good for a dim sum breakfast.

Even though the rooms were non-smoking, each night there is the smell of cigarette smoke; wasn't sure if it was the neighbouring rooms or from the night-life establishment.

I appreciated the upgrade to a bigger room. Room was very comfortable and welcoming, bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having a bath tub to soak in.

The location is upslope. Walking up the slope with our big luggage is a challenge. If u are somebody like me with asthma then this hotel may not be suitable for u unless u take taxi to and fro everywhere.

The staff are friendly, room is bigger than expected. Because the weather is cold and even if we off the aircon, we are shivering while sleeping, hotel is kind enough to give us a heater which warmth us up.
