Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent value for money, clean, gave us a room upgrade to a one bedroom suite, staff were helpful, right next to the ferry so we walked to the hotel easily in a few minutes. The location is a little out of the way of the European casinos bit we got a taxi over there for $20. We walked to the MGM if you don't mind a bit of exercise.

This place is truly mind blowing it was amazing the room were huge and super spacious and they gave us toothbrushes and shaving kits cotton buds and more ,and they had a near by shuttle which is in sands which can take you anywhere, there was like a place like Italy near by it was amazing,the cleaners were so nice and helpful and I would come back here again for sure,

The place was literally a walking distance from the port. We had a really nice stay and were upgraded to a bigger room. Thanks to the staff who also helped me find my phone. Very efficient and helpful. The room itself is massive.
