Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hong KongOnly taxi was available commuting from or to the hotel. The only shuttle bus only commuting to the hotel near by. Around 5 minutes walk. Kind of feeling secured since many people also walked to the hotel.
Many choices for having breakfast. The interior design of the restaurant was fantastic.

Hong KongOne of my pillows had a bit of smell that was like the grease from someone's head. Luckily, other pillows didn't have that smell so I simply changed it, but ideally there wouldn't be that smell at all. The water from the shower was so powerful that it couldn't be positioned properly on the shower holder and had to be handheld through the process.
The location of the breakfast was convenient enough. I was warned that the breakfast wasn't good, but actually it was pretty decent. But it would have been nicer if there were more choices of ways of eggs cooked; ie scrambled + sunny-side up. Loved the beef borscht and the fried noodles! The jet of water coming from the shower was very powerful!

SingaporeLocation a bit out with hourly shuttle services. We had to walked to Lisbon Palace everytime we need to go to places of interest as the shuttle services there are more frequent..should just route over to Lisboeta as they are under the same group and just next door. So we spent much time waiting for shuttle services.
Breakfast not much choices ,but Good. Front desk and cafe staff are all very experienced and served us very well..like showing is where are the good location to watch the fire works and help us to maximise the complimentary vouchers for our meals etc.

ChinaThe location is not very convenient, it took us over an hour in line to check-in, and prior to check in I called the hotel over 20 times, only 3 times someone answered and they didn’t speak English, I was told I would receive a call back and didn’t. Eventually I reached out to them on Instagram and finally got a call back, then I was ensured I would have a crib for our baby, upon arrival the crib was not ready and when I called from the room to check someone told be it wouldn’t be available and then a crib was sent to my room (very nice crib). Overall, the property is really great, comfortable, new and clean, location isn’t the best BUT the biggest PROBLEM is the hotel is understaffed.
