Good locations. Two bus stops locate in front of the hotel. Very easy to go to Taipa and Cotai area by bus. It locates in a walking distance to old town.

Property was fine. I would next time perhaps ask for a room with a sea view for more light but bed and room were clean and comfortable. Price affordable. Staff friendly and amenable. Helped me find buses and also carried my case down the front steps without me asking, which I was grateful for.

Room is smaller than shown in picture. Website pictures show that there is a vanity mirror in the room but there isn’t in actual. There’s also an ongoing road construction in front of the hotel, but it’s not noisy and ear plugs are provided. All is fine though, they won’t hurt your stay experience.

The room is clean and the bathroom has a bidet toilet. Housekeeping cleans the room and replaces our bath towels everyday. Front desk staff are nice and approachable. Luggage storage is available at the front desk. Location is good: bus stops, restaurants, pharmacy, and 7-11 nearby. Hotel is also walking distance to Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul’s Church (around 8-minute walk).

Wifi in our room was a bit choppy and the signal was really weak. It worked but the best signal was by the front desk. Also the hotel still has old style room carpeting with fabric/woven carpets, which tend to hold some dust, so if you have sensitivities to a bit of dust, you might want to bring some nasal relief with. Outside, there is construction on the road but nothing bothersome, since it was pretty quiet in our room.

Everything at Macau Masters was pretty good. Walking distance to most attraction on the nothern side of the island. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms with all the essential things provided. The staff was exceptionally friendly, informative and spoke good English. They were generally welcoming, even the room stewards were very kind. It was a wonderful stay. Wifi was best by the front desk. Buses to Taipa were right outside the hotel too.

The area around the hotel looks run down and there is a lot of construction going on in the street but I could get a good sleep.

Friendly staff. The room was spacious, we had a double room. Close to the city center. Bus stop in front of the hotel to go to the ferry terminal (Macau outer Harbour) only 6 patacas per person.

Currently there is a major road going and you need to walk few more meters to cross from one side to the other side of the road . Having said that the staffs were so kind to let us have the room facing the river . It is vey quiet.

The hotel is ideally located near the Senado Square, with a bus station right outside the hotel for easy transportation. The rooms are spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay.

-room smelled like smoke -the area around the hotel was under construction so it was difficult to get dropped off or get picked up by taxi - The shampoo and body wash offered was not good. - unexpected deposit (was returned at end of stay)

Location is pretty good, within walking distance from many restaurants and cafes. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The room was basic but nice. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well.
