Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Good location, in the middle of Macau. Very nice and helpful staff (no problem with leaving my suitcase at the hotel for the rest of the day after checkout). Room was clean, beds comfortable.

AustraliaOn initial check in we were told there were no superior double rooms with a couch (our requested on booking) so we could only have a twin with couch or double without. Neither rooms offered were on the 7 to 10th floors (as Booking.com site suggests) but rather floors 5 or 6. We selected the twin,which was very small with a tiny couch. The room's aircon didn't function (necessary in Macao) so we were given a free upgrade to a much nicer room on level 4.
Staff on the busy front desk were helpful and after problems with our initial room (see below) gave us a free room upgrade. The new room was large and comfortable. It included a de-humidifier as well as aircon, which was great. The hotels location is excellent.
