Nothing to be mentioned. It was a very short but really comfortable stay. Everything was great and I will be definitely looking forward to coming back whenever I revisit Macau.

- The hotel is close on foot from the nearby bus stops. It also offers free shuttle service at specific timeslots to reach the ferry terminal. - The staff was very helpful as I had to inquire about an issue related to the payment. They were very patient and kind when they explained to me how the process happens. The amount was frozen on my account and another similar amount was deducted. But they did unfreeze the first amount so everything was settled when I checked out. - The room is very spacious and the facilities were great. The view is really lovely and we felt really comfortable in the room.

The smell at the hotel lobby was too strong which I didn’t like. The front desk staffs were not as friendly as I seen from other hotels. I can hardly see a smile on their faces when I’m checking in and out.

It was Christmas when I stayed at the hotel. There was a Santa Claus at the hotel lobby which is super funny and friendly which brings the Christmas vibe

The pillows are a bit flat. It would be better if there are different types of pillows for selection.

The temperature in the room was difficult to control. I was unable to open a window when it was too hot. Also on the morning of the second breakfast the food on offer literally run out. It must have been an extremely busy period, and the friendly staff did their best to replenish the foods, but it was a slow process.

The location of the hotel was central to all the main attractions by foot. The room was large and spacious. The bed was super big and comfortable. The location is what set this hotel apart from others in Macao.

The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The lobby cafe was great and we enjoyed a drink while listening to live music on Saturday night. The indoor pool was fantastic with excellent change/shower rooms. Great location for what we wanted to do.

I stayed at this hotel to visit a casino in another location, but the price was not too high and I was fully satisfied. The receptionist had English-speaking staff and gave us the appropriate information we needed.

The staff went out of their way to make my check-in and get a taxi during the festivities in Macau smoothly. Thanks to Roy for taking over by keeping my bag before signing and having another staff call a taxi to get me elsewhere for an event.

Stuff at the reception was all sick and coughing , wearing masks. The internet connection is not secure there. If you work online it’s really not good. Most stuff does not speak English .
