Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceNothing to be mentioned. It was a very short but really comfortable stay. Everything was great and I will be definitely looking forward to coming back whenever I revisit Macau.
- The hotel is close on foot from the nearby bus stops. It also offers free shuttle service at specific timeslots to reach the ferry terminal. - The staff was very helpful as I had to inquire about an issue related to the payment. They were very patient and kind when they explained to me how the process happens. The amount was frozen on my account and another similar amount was deducted. But they did unfreeze the first amount so everything was settled when I checked out. - The room is very spacious and the facilities were great. The view is really lovely and we felt really comfortable in the room.

ChinaThe temperature in the room was difficult to control. I was unable to open a window when it was too hot. Also on the morning of the second breakfast the food on offer literally run out. It must have been an extremely busy period, and the friendly staff did their best to replenish the foods, but it was a slow process.
The location of the hotel was central to all the main attractions by foot. The room was large and spacious. The bed was super big and comfortable. The location is what set this hotel apart from others in Macao.
