We liked everything

Everything! From the checking in time until we checked out- everything was fantastic. Spacious and clean room, complimentary snacks and drinks, super comfortable bed. Hotel staff were very attentive and nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Bus shuttle service was quite slow

Staffs were excellent, polite and helpful. Room was big and amenities are more than enough. Great location with Water Park and Golden Wheel. We love our stay here and hope to be back soon.

Only a small issue where the floor between the toilet and passage was not cleaned. It was stained with something sticky like some sweet stuff spilled on the floor.

The atmosphere feels good. All the staff that we approached for help were polite and tried their best to give advice based on our queries. Overall a pleasant stay for us and the extra touch the hotel made for us celebrating our Wedding Anniversary was indeed a plus point.

Considering the price, we should have been given greater access to the water park. The pool we did have access to was shallow and disappointing.

Central to all of the action. Free shuttles around the city. The Toy Story exhibits were particularly a bit hit for our family.

The total experience was the best from the others hotels we have been to these years. Starting from the checking, the room and facilities, the shopping outlets, the food & restaurants. We will definitely come back for longer stay and will introduce my relatives too.

Upon arrival we were greeted by someone at the door they were nice enough. Reception the staff didn't really seem interested and felt like a bit of an inconvenience being there for them. They weren't rude but just have been to other hotels where the staff really go above and beyond and make you feel very welcome. We stayed there last minute as we are travelling for our honeymoon so I think it's always nice to ask customers why they are here etc.

The hotel is in a great location and the hotel itself is great! A bit quieter than the other hotels is why we picked this one but still busy. Room super clean and massive as well. Views from the room were unreal.

Staff seem to be prisoners of the hotel. Soulless eyes, have not seen their families in years.

The most outrageous hotel I have ever seen in my entire life. Michael Jackson is living here and dancing with a JBL party speaker in the reception all day. Cannot miss waterpark!

Nothing at all, everything is just perfect! We enjoyed our stay in the hotel!

The room size is really big, very spacious, there are also bathtub available in the bathroom. The hotel just located near the Venetian / Londoner / Parisian hotel, we can just walk across the street and take photos with the beautiful Big Ben and Eiffell Tower. The ferris wheel located at the center of the building is also a special scenery for great photos. There is a link bridge to the LRT Lotus Station. Easy to travel to the Taipa Ferry Terminal and Macau International Airport. Lots of restaurant choice in the hotel for variety of delicious food.

Other than not know the area, you can get lost at the start as it is very big

Studio city hotel was amazing, clean and great location. It's close to all the other hotels and casino, so moving around was not hard. The hotel had the water park connected and its own swimming pool, great facilities. Be sure to know the closing date of the water park and go during opening days for Macau which is Thursday onwards, wouldn't recommend Wednesday. Rooms were clean and room service was great, I would definitely be going back for a longer trip.
