Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Hong KongIt is a bit hard to control the lighting in our rooms. Master switches are only on one side of the bed or at the door. Bathroom lighting is difficult to master as there are buttons for mood lighting and general lighting. Reading lights above the bed are also a bit confusing.
The staff was absolutely astonishing! They are so polite and pleasant. From door staff to check in staff to the very well dressed lift lobby personnel, they really aim to provide a good service. Our housekeeping lady was professional and gave us an accurate time as to when we can return to our rooms to refresh ourselves. Casino staff, of course, are very happy to greet us!

The service is super B, they upgrade me from normal suite to 2 rooms with breakfast for 4 adults 2 kids. Celebrating birthday, the staff purposely come to decorate our room. Breakfast until 1pm. Only stay in this hotel I got experience to have late breakfast. So O dont have to wake up so early to enjoy breakfast.

SingaporeIt’s an experience, but everything is like a show. It gets a bit much (too rich?) sometimes - too in your face luxe- so one day is enough.
Service was great from moment of stepping foot in Macau, got picked up with car and whisked to room. Celebrated my birthday there, delicious mango cake sent to room. And food quality was excellent at tea break, cocktails and breakfast.

SingaporeThe rude Chinese guests who wore bathrobes with boxer shorts inside to dine at the Residence during breakfast were a big shame! There MUST be a minimum dress code for that grand restaurant. Please DO NOT allow their rudeness to ruin the beauty of your establishment. There should be nothing less than Smart Casual attire with long pants and no flip flops.
The opulence of the whole place was stunning. Your wonderful staff at Guest Services and at the Residence restaurant were all so sincere and helpful. They have to tolerate the rudeness of some of the Chinese guests from Mainland China who were unappreciative and rough on them. Housekeeping staff were also very helpful and efficient. They served from the heart with a genuine smile. Well done!

Recommended by a close friend. I will have to say that whoever designed the service procedure is a genius. Thanks to the F&B dept for the birthday cake for my mother. It was truly thoughtful.
