The hotel is right in the middle of Macau town. Buses are in front of the hotels. It is so convenient to get anywhere. Just like going back in time as we walked into the hotel. Beautifully decorated and newly renovated. All of the staff are so helpful. The minibar was free with a lovely Portuguese red wine. And they replaced them everyday. The breakfast was very delicious and the menu changes every day. We did not want to leave!

There was very little that we didn't like, just niggling things really. The welcoming drink was appreciated but for the type of hotel it is, the drink should not have been limited to only one type of alcoholic or one type of non-alcoholic. A drink of the customers' choice would have been more appropriate. The room we had was gorgeous but the remote for the TV was not very responsive so trying to control the TV was a problem. Additionally, while the switches by the bedside looked very nice, they were not very intuitive and it took some time to figure out what they controlled.

For me, the hotel being in the older part of town was great. It's a very interesting area to wander and check out the cool cafes, shops and sights of Macau. The hotel itself has been exquisitely renovated to pay homage to its history. The hotel staff we encountered were all very pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Brekfast could be better this is the only reason why I had not put 10. Hotel offered 2 types of Chinese and 2 types of Western breakfast, each one came with a ready plate and 1 drink. Breakfast was tasty, but doesn't give you a much room to choose from.

The hotel and the room was aesthetically pleasing and charming throughout. Everything was well thought out in the room from usb c to usb b charging docks by the bed to the bathroom amenities. Soft fluffy towels and cloud like slippers! Complimentary mini bar was well stocked with a lovely bottle of red alongside coffee and tea. All the staff are super attentive and helpful. Location is within walking distance to St Paul's Ruins and the Fortress. If our schedule wasn't so tight we would have definitely extended our stay by an additional night. Would definitely return to stay.

The hotel is absolutely lovely and impecable. Feels like a trip to past without forgetting the confort and standards of modern hotels. Attention to detail is obvious everywhere. It has a panorama rooftop with a lovely view of the peninsula. The mini bar amenities are free and are replaced every single day. The location is perfect to visit Macau.

Like the experience of vintage hotel, location is very strategic, in the central of Macau CBD. Coffee lovers will definitely love this hotel, as they provide coffee beans, manual grinder and coffee dripper in each room.

Rooms (I only saw my own) may be a little smaller than usual, but for me it was perfect. Guests with a lot of luggage may struggling.

Very closed to the City Center of old Macao, perfect connected to public transport, a lot of sightseeing can be done by walk, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Freshly renovated hotel provides a unique melange of old Chinese design and newest techniques in the rooms. Would come back and recommend it to friends.

The location was good. Close to old town and places to eat. However it is not close to the ferry harbour, so one must take a cab ride to the hotel which is not a huge deal. The concierge/manager that checked us in was very professional and helpful. And on the checkout day he called us a cab to the harbour and waited for the taxi with us. Excellent service. I think his name is Mr. Poon Soon S...thank you for your service.

It’s hard to find a taxi in the area during peak hours or holiday season and need to walk to the end of the street where has a taxi stand.

Fantastic service with friendly staff. Love the coffee beans serve in the room and local mini bar. I love the design and decoration to present the tradition theme of Macau. The breakfast tasted amazing and presented beautifully.

Beautifully renovated, fantastic views (from room and from roof deck), great location (walking distance to lots of sights and places to eat), scrupulously clean, and friendly and helpful staff!
