The restaurant meal options in the hotel were very expensive for us, so we went to other places for breakfast and dinner.

Beautiful hotel, right on the beach. It was extremely comfortable and clean. We were impressed with the amount of seating options. We drank and ate in the bar quite a few times and the happy hour made it reasonable.

Honestly, I can't think of a single thing I didn't like... The service at this hotel is exceptional. They take care of their guests with 10 star excellence! Next, the bartender at Mari Bar made the most delicious Margarita and Mojito of my life! I have had these drinks all over the world, but no one has made one as refined and excellent as the bartender at Mari Bar, which is located within the Crown Plaza Resort Hotel Saipan and has beautiful views of the gorgeous blue coral filled ocean front. Lastly, the night view of this hotel from our ocean view room was simply stunning, not to mention the sunset, which you can enjoy every evening from the beach. 10 stars for these and many more reasons! Thank you so much to all the staff at Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan. We'll be back to run in the Saipan Full Marathon again soon.

Located right on the beach and walking distance to some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars. They are also located next to the largest public park on island. The rooms are modern, clean and the staff was wonderful. This is my go to hotel when in Saipan. They have 2 pools and a kiddie pool with playground and the pools stay open until 10pm which is great. Also the parking is free.

- Balcony - The balcony seemed very small. I am not afraid of heights but there was something about the size of the balcony that made me nervous. There is no seating or privacy on the balcony. If your neighbors were out on their balcony, you’d basically overhear each other’s conversations. - Cleanliness of room - The room had a thin layer of dust on everything. I could feel little pieces on the floor when I walked barefoot throughout the room. I moved the small table in the corner to get to the trash can and found a ramen noodle that was left by another guest. The sheets, towels and bathroom were all very clean but the main room needed to be thoroughly dusted with a damp cloth. - Air conditioning - You have a thermostat you can control in the room, but as someone who uses air conditioning daily there was no way that our room was actually at 16 Celsius with a high fan speed. I wish the room was cooler.

- Newly renovated - Service - Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I asked for a late checkout the night before we left and the front desk was able to accommodate. - Food - The hotel had a few food options on the property which was nice for the day we felt very lazy. The property is also incredibly close to some great eats! - Full size liquid toiletries - Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap/body wash and lotion were all provided in full sized pump bottles. This was a nice touch. I always travel with liquid hand soap because I hate using the little bars hotels normally provide so I was happy to see the toiletries. I forget what the brand was, but it didn’t have much of a smell. - Steamer in room - This is the first hotel I’ve been in that had a clothes steamer in the room. This was a bonus as I was nervous to iron some of the more delicate pieces of clothing I brought on this trip. The steamer worked very well. - Pillows and bed were very comfy
