Don't let the first impression fool you. That place has a potential, however it turned into absolutely disgusting experience upon a check out. When you book this property, you pay for your stay AND A CLEANING FEE. Despite of that, AFTER your booking is confirmed, they send you additional information with extra fees to be paid in cash upon arrival. In reality that means that you pay for the same thing twice and they assume no one will ever notice that. This property is managed by a lazy, arrogant manager called Phillipe, who expects that guests will execute a complete cleanup of the unit instead of him and in case if his majesty is not satisfied, your security deposit will not be returned. If you're going to consider this place, I'm urging you to take a video record of everything, including the tiniest details as otherwise you'll be punished in the end. Printed rules and paid invoices means nothing to them. It's a first time I'm facing with such an unbelievable rudeness. Thanks to booking, my case was solved in my favor. On top of that: - noise insulation is non existent. Forget about having a good sleep as you will be hearing absolutely everything even from few blocks next to you - zero basic necessities. They expect you to bring everything with you, even such things as toilet paper, shampoo or soap. P.S. Dear Mr. Philippe. Guests are not idiots, they can read rules and you have certain obligations to them. When you refer to something as "expected here in France", I can assure you that France has plenty of genuine, nice people but you are definitely not one of them. French people should be ashamed that you represent them in tourism.
