Beach club was really lovely, great selection of food and drink. Had 3 treatments at the spa and loved all of them. Breakfast had lots of choice and high quality food. All staff we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible

Lack of wardrobe meant we had to live out of our suitcases which was a bit messy.

Fantastic location for easy access to port and nearby beach area on other side. The beach was a lovely way to spend a few hours. Lots of good restaurants nearby and good proximity to a spar supermarket. The hotel was great for a short break.

We had a problem with the toilet not flushing. Reported it at 10.00am , returned at 6.0pm nothing had been done - two more visits to reception to get it sorted. No drawers or suitable storage for clothes - one hanging rail and open ledges some of which were too high to reach. One unfortunate incident at the beach club pool with poo in the pool. The staff at the beach club hadn't a clue how to deal with it properly - they simply removed it and allowed people to continue using it. It took a message to the reception staff (about 200 metres from the pool who came down , got everybody out of the pool, closed it , emptied the pool and cleaned it overnight. In the week before we arrived we received emails offering an upgrade to our rooms (we had 5 people/3 rooms) at 10 euros each per night. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded (all 3 rooms) at no extra charge !

Breakfast - Plenty of choice, good quality. Good Location. Excellent Beach Club and Roof Top pool. Room was good but see comment below. Staff were really nice and helpful.

No view from the hotel window, it's very boxed in - if you want to see the sea from your bed this isn't the place.

Absolutely stunning pool, a wonderful place to relax for a few hours if you can get a spot (it fills up pretty quickly). Great base for exploring Valletta and the rest of the island, and easy to reach the coast for a walk or a swim.

Everything is 5-10 mins walk from the hotel , the beach, ferry point to various areas of the island, restaurant. Great buffet breakfast. . I was there only five times, but I was very pleased with the hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent service and a warm cozy atmosphere. Especially in the SPA, real professionals work there. I ordered different types of massage and was very pleased. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything for a comfortable stay.

We requested the room to be made up, the room unfortunately was not made up until 4pm when we had returned from our day out and were getting ready to go out. The rose cutouts from the romantic setup we requested upon arrival were still around the floor after 2 days of cleaning from staff. The towels provided were not the cleanest on our first night we had the romantic setup, the towels which were made into swans had grubby spots on them in small places all over. Black mould was also on the mastic of the shower, and in the corners of the shower tray. The shower also did not drain too well which caused a pool of water around the feet in the shower. The rooms are nice but not 100% clean, but the experience at the hotel is one of the best we have experienced together, but the cleanliness could definitely improve.

The facilities were amazing, staff were very friendly and welcoming, the spa was a great way to finish our holiday and even though we had checked out, we were provided with robes and allowed to leave our bags with reception as an option. The rooms were completely silent at night with no disturbance, it was clear there was very good insulation between the walls minimising sound from neighbouring rooms. The sliding door to the balcony was a nice addition to the room, aswell as the safe to keep valuables and the convenient clothes racks which helped to organise our clothes easily. Overall an amazing experience and we would return again.

For some odd reason, The above shower head didn’t have warm/ hot cold water, no door on the shower so when you use the hand held shower head it was impossible to wash your hair and get a good wash. Water went everywhere, all over the floor. I did bring this up with staff twice but they said maintenance looked into it. I gave up asking after day 3. Eight days without a proper shower wasn’t great

The rooftop pool was always full. They work with a reservation system and time slots but the first day we arrived the slots were already booked up to 5 days basicly our entire stay so we didn’t get to use that.

The location is perfect lots of restaurants at walking distance but you need to go down a hill and again up a hill. The (free for guest) beach club is a 10 min walk and is also amazing with a nice pool. The Spa was nice. The staff was nice. They offered a free trip to another city which was nice to see. Cleaned our room everyday and always asked if we needed extra towels.

You need to book the rooftop well in advance, but I wasn’t informed about this until I arrived at reception.

Great location, pool and beach bar were amazing. Staff were brilliant. One staff member in particular (cannot remember name) started working here as his first day on the day we arrived and was amazing and helpful throughout despite being new to the hotel. He should be commended.

We had to pre book for the rooftop pool, which was a hassle because they didn’t have any booking availabilities after 2-3 days, which was pointless cause we were staying for 4 days and were excited to use all the facilities we paid for. I think the hotel should make more sunbeds for guests.

I stayed for my birthday trip, the hotel was very accommodating & the staff were very friendly. They offered me a Prosecco and helped me with the suitcases. Very 5 star service. The staff were very friendly and talkative. The lifts were fast and the room was clean all the time! They had a beach club which was very nice.

Nothing to fault

Beautiful well kept hotel with amazing amenities, the app was a really clever door tool and meant you didn’t worry about room cards. The reception and concierge staff were amazing could fault at all. We had a brilliant stay. Central for buses, easy walk to the ferry taxi to Valletta. Many local restaurants nearby.

Room was extra clean and staff was beyond amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. location was very nice, it is in Sliema but very quiet area so no party noises at all. Also hotel's beach club was AMAZING, i wish I could stay there couple more days just to chill at their beach club.
