We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNothing, this Apartment is way beyond five gold stars award. We note a previous customer stated the balcony patio doors did not lock. The lock is a highly secure seven lever type and needs understanding of how to use. Simply pull the handle up to the stops, then down, then up again to activate the lock. It is very secure, and very easy to operate.....Another review mentioned the balcony did not get any sun....from where we were sitting, the sun was pounding upon us from returning from diving....plenty sun.
This Exceptional little Gem, WOW, where does one start!.. If there was a rating exceeding 20:10, then, from us, this Apartment sure would get it. Perfectly situated between Sliema, Yacht marina, and Valetta for touring with very regular buses/public transport, handy little supermarkets, greengrocers and fresh fish mongers, a mere 2 minute walk down the street. The Hosts, consisting of the management team, Adam and Jessica, and the Owner Alan, could not have been more professional, kind and proactive to any of our requests. Hugely well organized as a team, their first, and consistent priority, is most certainly top end Customer Care throughout. Truly lovely people, who left us in peace to enjoy, on the same tone, were always on hand in an instant, liaising through Whatsapp, at anytime should we require, nothing ever too much trouble. Directions, and key code entry could not have been easier. There is a lift or stairs direct to the apartment. The apartment is spotlessly maintained, with the feeling they have gone well past that extra mile to ensure everything is both in full order, and, all one would ever need as a 5 Star home. Perfectly equipped for a superb, luxurious, self catering break, inclusive of a fully laden kitchen, large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. Don't worry about soap, shower gel, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, towels, oven cloth, dishwasher tablets and washing powder etc, the list is endless (the hosts ensure All is sufficient for the duration of the stay, hugely impressive, for its the little extras that really do count). A lovely cosy living/dining room, a large dining table, free Wifi, and a smart TV permitting your own Netflix account to enjoy. The apartment is equipped with highly efficient, individually run, aircon units in both bedrooms and the kitchen/living room, providing welcome cool air in the soaring heat.

SerbiaThe only minor problem we had is with the location coordinates which are not precise, so we had difficulties to find the apartment the first night we came. The location we later used (especially for our Bolt rides) is: 124 (or 143) Telgha Ta' Gwardamanga.
All things considered, it's a great location, near Valetta, the best way to get around is by Bolt. You have two stores down the street, the bus stop is very near if you prefer this kind of transport. The apartment itself is wonderful, very spacious, very well equiped and clean. The communication with the agency was very smooth and they were very helpful and kind.

Beautiful apartment, so spacious and clean and close to bus stops for a few minutes' trip into Valletta or about 20 minutes walk. Loads of buses - hardly any wait time. The kitchen facilities in the apartment are superb

Spacious place and exactly as presented, with hosts willing to help. Located close to a bus stop and 15-20 min from Valetta is a big plus. Check in instructions and information from the hosts, clear and to the point.

IrelandApartment is nice. Plenty of space. Lots of facilities, cooking, wash clothes. I enjoyed my stay. It is just a little bit away from restaurants, swimming or other activities. Bus stop at bottom of road. Recommend getting Bolt app for taxis which are cheap.

PolandVery noisy neighbours, loud parties after 10 PM almost daily, impossible to sleep without earplugs, walls are very thin. The staff is not responsive, the phone number never works and never connects. Initially I had an issue with locating the flat, as Maltese street numbering is somewhat confusing, and shared google location wasn’t accurate. There was a short movie how to get to the flat but it wasn’t intuitive, couldn’t connect to the landlord via the phone, long intervals between chats. Then we had an issue with electricity. It stopped working, again failure to connect with landlord. They asked us to identify the problem and try to fix it by playing with switchers. After we located the problem we were assured that next day there would be an electrician sent, of course they didn’t. Only next day at 20:30 the owner showed up and started playing with the electricity and issue. Total chaos and mismanagement, this is not what we expect after paying so much money. Basically, if we wouldn’t identify the issue by ourselves we would be TWO full days without electricity. Very bad service and management of the issue, virtually impossible to connect thru phone and talk with the other human being, everything had to be done thru chat. I would not recommend this flat because of these issues. Otherwise it would be splendid. Additionally, we weren’t offered any compensation for the troubles. Very sad, as from the beginning everything was looking very professional, but it turned out it wasn’t the case.
Location was splendid, there is a bus hub nearby, two bathrooms were amazing, clean, new flat.
