We regret that your experience with the pool, poor hygiene bathroom , and cleaning service did not reflect the standards we aim to maintain. Please be assured that we are actively reviewing our Housekeeping procedures and hygienic protocols to ensure every guest receives a safe and comfortable environment. Kindly note that all rooms are attended by our housekeeping cleaners on daily basis. Our cleaners do not clean the rooms which would have the the logo hanged on the room door, stating: DO NOT DISTURD or if guest refuses cleaning service. We take your feedback seriously and are addressing your issues, internally to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
