Reviews of Anici Crt Penthouse 4 - with private rooftop pool

4 good sized bedrooms all with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms. Loved the outdoor space especially the rooftop pool Friendly, helpful owner Great location in quieter part on town but easy to walk into the centre where there are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

One of the double beds was very noisy / creaky and mattress was not very comfortable. Sofa was not the best and had splits in it. Shame there is not space for more sun loungers. Small things really and this would not stop me from recommending this apartment or from returning.

The pool and outside entertainment area, not to mention the views. Enough bathrooms and option to top up aircon. Lovely to have a dishwasher as well as washing machine, especially for a longer stay.

No cleaning equipment such as dish cloth and brooms. Suggest bedside lamps and hooks in the smaller bedroom

Great price. Wonderful rooftop area with bbq and pool. Very large apartment with excellent facilities and lots of space. Quiet area plenty of parking on street.

Bathrooms needed a little attention. For older visitors or children steep narrow staircase to rooftop could be an issue.

Apartment was close to the center, only 10 minutes to walk. Beds are not very comfortable and bathrooms are old and broken.

The flat is quite big and fresh air from the balcony s and rooftop... wonderful view of Citadella from the big balcony and the rooftop ,especially at night... 🤩 Amazing

Water pressure is low in showers and sinks. Hot water in main bedroom worked intermittently. Additional cost for heating with air conditioning. Should be factored in stay pricing. Power tripped three times and had to reset from downstairs power board.

The apartment was very spacious, featuring three bathrooms, which made our stay incredibly convenient. We received two sets of keys, making it easier for our group to come and go independently. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to prepare meals without any hassle. The rooftop terrace was absolutely wonderful, and we enjoyed having our dinners there. There was a swimming pool; although the water was cold, it was understandable given that we visited in November. Free parking spaces were always available, which was a great bonus. The location was close to the city center, making it easy to explore.

The beds were quite worn out, which impacted the comfort level

Location Size of the apartment

Air conditioning in 1st twin room was poor. The spiral staircase up to the patio and pool was in our opinion dangerous, 4 elderly people in the party were apprehensive of going up there. Needs some sort of sun shade on patio from living room. Bad smells from the drain under kitchen sink.

Very clean and spacious, with beautiful rooftop pool and views. It was convenient for walking in to Victoria as well.

There is plenty of room in the apartment. It was very clean with everything needed for cooking. The pool on the roof was lovely. Having a lift was excellent for our luggage. Carmelo was very friendly and helpful.

The roof top pool view was amazing, no overlooking buildings.. but complete open space.. the apartment it's self was huge and 4 bedrooms . The location is perfect and no trouble for parking .

nothing to complain really but if i had to say something , One of the bedroom can use abit of more furniture for storage and a mirror, quilts could have been a great addition due to change of weather , the tv can be a bit bigger considering the size of the living area.

Apartment was MASSIVE and well furnished. Lift has great accessibility to the apartment. Location just outside of busy town so nice and peaceful but easy to get to places. Private rooftop pool was brilliant and had amazing views of the citadel. BBQ on rooftop perfect for dinner with a nice dining area next to it. Host very welcoming and helpful! Thanks for a nice stay.

A small thing: Aircon cap - 5EUR per day a little too low for an apartment that big. I recommend 7EUR per day.

Huge apartment with beautiful terrace and pool, wonderful views from the roof. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of extra facilities. Apartment was very clean and in a good location.

Only hand soap supplied, no shampoo/shower gel etc. and very little toiletpaper.
