We are only going to show to our customers all the true. the whole thing is that you tried to escape from our hotel without you pay but our staff called police and after police came you had to pay your bill. We can understand your frustration because you did not manage to escape without paying. It’s great to know that staff helped to solve it. In each room next to the bathroom there are two buttons; white light button is for hairdryer, which is orange color light is for the heater. You turned off both of the lights by mistake then been informed about it by staff to do not touch its.
