Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

From the moment we arrived our host Ramona was a delight. The service here is nothing short of amazing. The breakfasts were fantastic and the drinks by the pool in the courtyard were a great relief from the hot afternoon sun. The Accomadation itself was fantastic and only a 15 min stroll to the city centre with a bus stop outside the front of the property a great way to get around Gozo.

MaltaWe were greeted upon arrival and pampered all the time till departure by the host who was always ready to make our stay as much enjoyable as possible. Breakfast was good and place spotless clean all over. Location central to visit the island, easy to find, but still in outskirts for a tranquil stay.

United KingdomThat we stayed only for 2 nights
We had such a wonderful stay at Aqueduct Boutique B&B. As soon as we stepped in, we were greated by the owner Ramona which I must say, she's really a caring host. The B&B was comfortable and super clean. So quiet and relaxing. The room was nice and spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. Its location is perfect to explore Gozo and just a few minutes by walk to centre Victoria. The decor of the breakfast area is thoughtfully designed with attention to every detail. Breakfast was good too. We had English Breakfast but there was also croissants, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses, pastries etc. The pool area was a spectacular and peaceful. It is a family run so we immediately felt at home although we were far away from home. For sure were gonna came back again in the near future for a longer stay.

ArmeniaThe power saving system whilst understandably important for the environment was somewhat annoying when we were cut mid movie! I am sure that a key operating system could be as effective and less irritating. We think that breakfast costs should have been included in the room price as we were staying in a top notch B&B and only any other extras charged at the end of the stay.
Located outside Victoria made this venue excellent for ease of car parking and much quıeter than other parts of Gozo. The Welcome we received and the help with our baggage was very nice and we felt friendly. The owners took the trouble to explain everyrhing and provided us with food and refreshments as requested. The breakfast served was very nice indeed and whilst my wife ate Continental I took the full cooked breakfast and was very happy. The ensuite bedroom was a little on the small side for us but was spotlessly clean and very modern. Our request for more hanging space was quickly satisfied. As it was November the pool was too cold for me to brave although it was really inviting. Ramona was a caring star manager and gave us a wonderful experience which we will cherish and repeat in the future.

GermanyEverything was perfect
Amazing location with beautiful views. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Ramona. She was extremely helpful and looked after us so well. It's a new small B&B boutique so we immediately felt ourselves at home. It is an adult only boutique so there was peace and tranquility and that was one of the reason why we had choosen this boutique. Lovely pool and outside area. Breakfast was very good with a selection of fresh fruits, cereals and hot cooked English Breakfast. Our Deluxe room was very comfortable, clean and with a spacious ensuite bathroom. Also we enjoyed the spacious terrace overlooking the fantastic view of the Gozo Aqueduct. Parking is not a problem at all. You find parking any time during the day and night exactly infront of the accommodation. If you don't have a car you could go by walk to the Victoria Centre in just 8mins where you can find shops, restaurants, bars, banks etc.

MaltaNothing I can think of
This property is quite simply incredible. Aqueduct Boutique B&B is perfectly located for anyone looking for a quite relaxing retreat. Yet Victoria, Gozo's capital, is also a stone throw away and withing a short walking distance. This B&B is new and spotless, the rooms are fully air conditioned and very comfortable. The bathroom are luxuriaously designed and fully equipped. The host, Ramona was exceptional and extraordinarily helpful with information and suggestions on ways how to spend our day. She is clearly passionate about her work. If you speak to her you can sense the pride and satisfaction she gets from what she does. Breakfast was also remarkable. Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, breads and jams, cake, coffee, juices and a cooked breakfast. It will definitly set you up for a great day exploring Gozo. I cannot thank Ramona enough for her hospitality and I cannot but not highly recommend this property to anyone who will be visiting the beautiful island of Gozo. We will definitly return. And soon!. Keep up the good work guys.

MaltaWe recently had the pleasure of staying at this Boutique B&B in Gozo and we can’t say enough about the beautiful indoor and outdoor surroundings that made our experience really pleasant. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a stunning design that perfectly blended luxury and comfort. Attention to detail in the design of the place is evident. Furnishings are both stylish and cosy making the space feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the high-quality linens that added a touch of elegance. We also loved the modern amenities, including a spacious bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, which made for a relaxing retreat after a long day. All felt like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A dip in the outside pool complemented our stay as we enjoyed some quality time in the lovely outdoor area. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this Boutique B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Gozo.
