Beautiful, modern and clean hotel in the heart of Gozo. The rooms are spacious, facilities are comfortable and clean, and breakfast is generous. The location is also convenient to the main centre of Victoria which is great to explore. Our host Giovanna was warm, friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and gave us some great suggestions for our time in Gozo. We will definitely be back!

We were there for almost a week and there was no regret with our decision to stay here. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance, it is the perfect location being very close to the city centre and all the shops and good distances from all the beaches. Giovanna was a brilliant host and incredibly helpful for when we needed anything. The pool was an amazing addition to our holiday, perfect for winding down and the breakfast every morning was utterly delicious!! 1000% would go back, if we were to ever return to Gozo!

As this is central location there can be other noise in the neighbourhood at times.

The property is very centrally located in Victoria, a few mins walks from the town centre and the bus terminal. There is a good range of facilities within the property, from the pool to the gym.

Fridge was a little small and a wider selection of TV stations would have helped. But very minor in the overall scheme of things.

The hotel is situated on a very quiet street, yet it is conveniently close to everything. It’s only five minutes away from the bus station and a ten minute walk from the citadel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our host Giovanna was extremely resourceful and helpful and made everything possible to make our stay in Gozo unforgettable. Thank you for the hospitality!

Nothing - it was absolutely perfect!

We had a lovely week on Gozo island staying at Battistini. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was so comfortable and we loved the balcony and rooftop pool. The breakfast was delicious too with so many options to choose from and the staff were so kind and helpful, especially Giovanna. She was so attentive, gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and explore, and even sent us away with a breakfast package when we had to leave early for our flight. The location was also perfect with the bus station 5 minute walk away giving you access to the whole island. We cannot fault this place one bit, it was 10/10 and we hope to return again! Thank you Battistini for making our stay so special.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Clean, comfortable and cool. Giovanna is an absolutely amazing host. She's kind, helpful, she went above and beyond making sure we were enjoying our stay, and even made us a packed breakfast on the last day knowing we needed to leave really early.She made us feel incredibly welcome! The rooftop pool is indeed a gem, to escape the extreme heat of a summer day in gozo! We will definitely come back here, as the place is in central Victoria and you can get to any beach on the island within 20 minutes with a swift cab. Giovanna and your team, you should all be really proud of your customer service!

Great location in Victoria. The properties design is excellent and aesthetically the building materials and furnishings are beautiful. The facilities in the property are great and the pool area is delightful. Spotlessly clean throughout the entire property. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Giovanna is an amazing host. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying here again as I intend to return to Gozo.

Everything about this place is lovely. Newly renovated, but with lots of the original charm. The owner Giovanna is really friendly, accommodating and communicative via whatsapp. The breakfast was delicious, we could choose between a number of cooked options each morning. There were also other cold breakfast items also. 5 minute walk into Victoria centre to restaurants / cafes etc. The pool and deck with sunbeds and umbrellas is lovely, and there is a lift to go up and down, so no hauling luggage up flights of stairs in the heat! This place is one of those accommodations that really pull out all the stops, and I'd highly recommend for anyone staying on Gozo!

Delicious breakfast, tried a new option every morning all equally delicious. Friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel like home. The rooms are very beautifully decorated and clean. Nice pool and rooftop, we hung out here everyday after coming home from the day's adventure. Hoping to come back and stay here again.

Giovanna, the house manager, was very welcoming and accommodating. I liked the modern style of the hotel and room. Enjoyed the massage followed by an hour of private use of sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast was just right for a good start for the day. The roof top pool with deck chairs for sunbathing was also enjoyable. The location is a short walk away from Rabat centre with ample options for restaurants and entertainment. Admire also the eco consciousness in the running of the whole complex, from the efficient use of air-conditioning in the rooms, to the use of the plastic free alternative of the coffee pod and the pool being a salt water one.
