How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewThe hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always responding promptly to any requests. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the in-room mini fridge was a very convenient feature.
What I did not enjoy during our stay was the presence of a very loud and poorly behaved group of teenagers. However, this was not the hotel’s fault.

Verified reviewWe loved the pool area, and the sun beds, our rooms weren’t too bad we had a balcony which was also really nice. There is air con in the bedroom and toilets were good, the bed was nice so overall our room was good. The location is good, it is a 5 min uber to the town which has lots of shops and stuff to do, and not too far from other places.
We had all inclusive but it really wasn’t all inclusive, there was certain drinks that you have to pay, they give 30% off but still, there was only 2 cocktails included in the all inclusive package, food wasn’t too bad it felt very similar everyday. Our room had a lot of ants everyday even after it being clean. There was one lady in the shop inside that was really moody all the time, and not the happiest.

Verified reviewThe ventilation in the bathroom is not working, the smell and steam eventually get in the room because guess what the door doesn't close from outside just from inside. Some of the hotel staff are nice and try to help you but others including the hotel management ( a brunette girl Mrs. M) are very very rude. When I exposed the problem they first told me that there was an issue and were waiting for a spare part then they came to my room to tell me that some other rooms have the same issue so basically if there is more than 1 room there is no issue. Mrs M the manager went one step above and told me to keep the bathroom door open and basically have an open room bed + toilet. They act like this because they have a lot of kids that come to camp so they have 90% already booked so they don't care about the rest this is my opinion. Also they let the kids do what they want so you should think twice if you can stay at the pool or want to sleep before 00:00.

Verified reviewThe staff is pretty nice, the hotel was at great price, you have a coninient store which is cheap and a travel organiser point but that is the most expensive in town. The towels can be changed any time so you dont need to have extra. Beds are comfortable room is huge.
The “iside room” was looking at a stinky alley, so no its not facing the inside pool as we expected. The room was comfortable, although not too clean we had medium sized brown bugs in the sink, and the fridge was rusty, the ventillator dusty. The morning when we were supposed to leave the cleaning staff started nagging us around 9:40 and didn’t hesitate to disturb us in every 15 minute. Food has great variety but the breakfast tastes terrible. If you dont have dinner early the better foods run out and gets replaced with crap. 1 room 1 key you cant get more.

Breakfast was odd, so many staff. You put the knife and folk down for a drink and they have taken your plate. 18/19 year old's blasting out hardstyle music every day! From the pool area and from balconies. I complained to the hotel and they said they could not do anything about this. I am pretty sure we were not the only ones complaining. Aircon didn't work and the fan was rubbish in the room. You couldn't have the door open due to the loudness of the music. Also witnessed the young ones snorting and inhaling balloons on there balconies. No point reporting it as the hotel probably couldn't or wouldn't do anything.

Nothing nice about this property at all. Staff were not nice or welcoming at all. We will definitely not be back. Also paid extra for Full Board and we did not use this once as the food looked disgusting and it was the same food every day.

Verified reviewThe hotel had a great staff, friendly and willing to help. We had a half board stay, and while the breakfast was monotonous, the dinner was varied and something different every night and the food was yummy. Although the location of the hotel is not that attractive, for us it was perfect, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet it was easy to get to all the tourist attractions. We got fresh towels and room tidying every day, which was neat.
The hotel is dated, it's more a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star. It could be cleaner, the elevators are not working well and are very slow. The indoor pool had broken tiles which are potentially harmful and the jacuzzi was dirty.

Verified reviewGreat breakfast and dinner. Nice that you take cash. The pool was perfect. Clean indoor pool.
We were given dirty towels and had problems getting new ones. Someone from the staff knocked on our door early in the morning when our grandchild was still sleeping. The cleaner said 09.30 that I could not go into my room since he had cleaned, but we had paid for the rooms until check out at 11.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed! We couldn’t lock our hotel room as the whole mechanism wasn’t working! We were advised to use a chair from inside so we can feel safe at night! We booked “all inclusive” but You can’t just go and take whatever You wish for, You must ask what You would like (out of 3 different food choices) and the staff will put in on your plate! It really made me feel like a beggar (“please, sir, can I have some more?). My bedding smelt so bad and I’m not a fancy person with sensitive noise! We went to the game room and every pool table, game machine had a sign on “OUT OF ORDER”! I have never left a bad review in my life as I’m not a fancy person but I can put my hand on m
