We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaA little suggestion. Instead of drawers, add a little cabinet with a small fridge. A kettle is better than a coffee machine with 1 pod. I drink tea so some tea bags, coffee sachets and sugar. A little milk in the fridge. And some teaspoons.
Lovely clean room. Plenty of hanging space if needed.

There was no breakfast everything was done on line so I didn't meet any staff. It was difficult to find the door as it looks similar to every other door. The instructions were straightforward so it was fine. It was right in the middle of the square so great location. No kettle though. Ironing board and iron plus hair dryer.

GreeceI'd recommend it more for a short stay. There wasn't even a chair or a small fridge in the room, just the bed to sit at. There is a shared fridge on the ground floor and a shared kitchen, but the fridge is actually a bit small to be shared by three apartments at once.
Perfect location and view with a comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. All in all a very nice stay, in a very beautiful place of malta.

BulgariaWe stayed for 7 nights. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned even once during our stay. There was not enough toilet paper provided. There was also no proper place to hang our towels - only a small rack in the bathroom, which could barely hold one small towel. In the shared kitchen, there were no napkins and no trash bin, which made it quite inconvenient to use. Also, the apartment is located on the main square, so it was quite noisy from early in the morning.
