Birgu is a beautiful city and the apartment is in the heart of it. The rooftop has an excellent view. We had a really nice welcome at the reception. We got welcome package which included bottle of waters and coupons for the d Centre restaurant and souvenir shops. After check out we were able to leave out bags in the storage which is a huge plus!!

Not really a minus, but it has a lot od stairs😂 and it is a bit narrow to go upstairs if you have a lot of luggage. The only thing we missed is salt when we were cooking, but it's okay, you can always buy it in the near store.

Very clean and nice apartment! I wasn't feeling very well when we arrived so the host said we could check in earlier so I could rest. The apartment has everything you need, a small kitchen, bathroom, bed, closet and tv. And of course, air condition :) the view from the roof terrace is amazing and it has table, chairs and place to put clothes to dry. A washing machine is also avaible for use and it is shared between 4 apartments in the tower. The place also has WiFi and the hosts were very nice and always there for any questions!

Not much privacy when using the toilet, as the bathroom door couldnt be closed properly,at least when we were there. Bed is creaking a bit, but otherwise comfortable.

The location is great,right in the centre. The flat is tiny but has everything you need in it and was clean. Communication was alright too,the host was responsive and helpful. I would stay again.

The room/studio was very small, just a bed, fridge, a toilet and not enough space to move around if you are 2 people inside. I could hear everything when people were talking loudly, both in the stairs or outside, so be aware that you will always wake up early in the morning. Double glass/soundproof windows are necessary to reduce the noise from outside, at the moment there are not. Shower is within the toilet, so everytime you take a shower the WC and the floor get wet.

The location was nice, a bit far from the downtown but connected pretty well by bus. A little kitchen corner with kitchen tools is provided to cook food if you want.

I'm sorry but dear property owner, please tell your cleaner to wash towels at 90 or at least 60: they STINK.

Awesome welcome email: detailed explanation where to go. Easy key pick up, all good. Accommodation is small but for the money it's great. Ice cream factory nearby has mind blowing varieties. There's 10mins ferry to Valetta (Google does not know about it apparently).

Although there was a kitchenette, there was no table (the room is not spacious). There was no hanger. Narrow stairs.

Value for money 2-3 stars room. 30 minutes by public bus to reach Valletta.

Overall a nice experience. The appartment was cheap fairly said, so good for the money we gave. It has kitchen and it is located in the center of Birgu. Lovely location. The bad thing is that toilet is in the shower place, and there was some leakage because the silicone is missing on some parts of toilet. Could be fixed...

That was strange, that we come back to the appartment during the day and the door was opened and a guy was there who is tried to fix the window. They didn't told us and we were suprised, so we needed to wait more than 30 mins, we cannot do anything there in that small appartmant. Also we told him, that with the air conditioner remote control we cannot set anything, he told that he will change the batterys but he didnt done it.

This accommodation is very very good. On one hand it fit to the price but on the other side: roof terrasse with view is amazing, apartment contains all necessary equipment (microwave oven, iron, hair dryer, towels, washing machine on corridor, dishes). Owner is very nice and helpful with quick response on questions. There are several small shops and restaurants on the street. There is one of the best souvenir shop with great prices (name is Gemstones Birgu). BIRGU is lovely small old city (much better then Valetta). During our visit in October, we were sometimes alone on those beautiful old streets. At the entrance to the old city there is amazing restaurant and caffe named Caffe Riche). Also dCante restaurant is super. Free car parking is at the entrance to the old city (just 5 minutes walk from apartment). If you don't have car there is bus stop 5 minutes from apartment and boat ferry to the Valetta city. The apartment is small and the stairs are narrow. But it's an old building, and that's why it's like this. And they used all the space to fit all the necessary equipment into the apartment.

Birgu Tower is located in the center of Birgu, an amazing old city! The position of the accommodation is fantastic, 'cause you can easily move around and discover the island and its capital. Birgu is full of history. The room is tiny, but comfortable and it has all the services (comprised a small kitchen).

What we werent satisfied with was the cleanliness, considering we believe that hygiene in apartmants should be at high level. When we arrived, the bed linen had stains and didnt smell fresh. Additionally, the towels didn't smell fresh, and the bathroom should have been much cleaner. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's fine, but cleanliness definetly needs to improve.

The apartment is small and cute, and it's located in a great area. When we collected the keys, the landlady was kind. Also, the apartment looks better than in the pictures.

There aren’t many places to buy food around.

It actually surprised me, the place is much better than the photos. It’s not very big, but it was enough for me as a solo traveler. They have everything I needed, from kitchen appliances to toiletries. The terrace on the top is really beautiful and it’s close to the bus and ferry to Valletta.
