Had a great stay at the Boko boutique hotel. Tony was a great host and his staff were brilliant and really helpful. Very unique hotel,you could tell it was very much a part of Tony’s personality. The upstairs Terrace had brilliant views and a well stocked honesty bar which we paid on our check out. Again the hotel was brilliant just what we needed for our short stay in Malta. Breakfast was also good and it got us ready for our day, really enjoyable. A stay here is highly recommended,clean rooms,good facilities,great staff. Thank you,love Malta.

We had a truly memorable stay at BOCO Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the personal service made all the difference. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between stylish comfort and warm hospitality. The rooms are beautifully designed, with a fascinating backstory, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The building itself is over 500 years old and has been lovingly restored with great attention to detail. It’s full of character and history, offering a magical retreat just outside the bustle of Valletta. One of the highlights was meeting Tony, the owner, who was incredibly welcoming and generous. We shared a bottle of Prosecco with him on the rooftop bar, which has stunning views over the city – a moment we won’t forget! Breakfast each morning was delicious, with thoughtful touches that added to the boutique feel. The hotel is in a brilliant location – peaceful yet very central, with great restaurants and attractions like Fort St Angelo nearby. The Valletta ferry is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the return trip is leisurely, scenic, and affordable – only about 10 minutes across the water. BOCO is the kind of place you hope to find but rarely do. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special experience in Malta.

Lovely location in 3 cities very accessible to Valetta. Really comfortable bed and easy self check in for after midnight flight arrival! Rooftop honesty bar and seating area is an added bonus!

It is a lovely small hotel in a quiet residential area, but close to the ferry that can take you to Valletta in under 10 minutes. Hotel is nicely decorated and the view from the top floor is amazing. We had our breakfast at the top every single day. We really enjoyed staying there and we will be happy to come back one day.

Last day of our stay planes started flying over the building (maybe the wind changed?) and we woke up every time a plane was landing or taking off.

The room was comfortable, the balcony was a big plus, and the roof terrace was amazing! Breakfast was nice too.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in room 545 which was very clean and comfortable and had a lovely terrace to sit out on and admire the amazing views over Cospicua and out towards the Grand Harbour and Valletta. The hotel is beautifully decorated with art works throughout and has a really cosy feel. The breakfast was delicious and a very welcome start to the day. The seating area on the top floor, also with the lovely views, is an enjoyable area to hang out and has a well-stocked honesty bar which is a fantastic inclusion to the hotels amenities. The hotel is very well situated only a short stroll from the ferry terminal with regular departures for the short trip to Valletta. There is also a good selection of restaurants close by on both sides of the harbours edge. We must give a special mention to Kunal who was very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All-in-all we found it excellent value for money. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at the BOCO Boutique Hotel during your trip to Malta and can assure you that you won’t be disappointed!

Nice property. Our room, No. 545, had a great balcony overlooking the Three Cities and Valletta. We had breakfast there as well as sitting out there in the afternoon and evenings. Our hosts were very helpful.

Only 2 very slight observations and not dealbreakers, but maybe worth mentioning…. Take your own hairdryer… it’s a travel hairdryer in the room, which is very underpowered, barely gets warm and took me absolutely ages to get my hair dry!! Also, the coffee at breakfast was lukewarm too, so we used to have one in our room instead using the kettle provided. Nothing that was worth a ‘complaint’ in any way…. But an observation for possible improvement if anyone else has commented on the same!

Everything! The location in a quiet residential area just a few minutes walk from the ferry to Valletta, the quirkiness of the decoration with the amazing pieces of art, the comfy bed, everything in exactly the right places, light switches, sockets etc. The views across to Valletta, the rooftop sunset, our room with the little ‘hideout’ was amazing! Fully stocked fridge and the penthouse with a honesty tick box and pay on departure was soo lovely in this day and age. Fabulous breakfast choices ordered the night before….I could go on and on… if we return to Malta, we will book here without hesitation. A little gem. (Only 6x rooms)
