Thanks for your feedback, and sorry if the guesthouse didn't meet your expectations. Regarding the ants: Whist keeping in mind that ants pose no danger, and whilst we totally understand that it's not ideal to have a few enter your bathroom through a window left open all day, we please ask you to keep in mind that the guesthouse is located in an area in Sliema that overlooks not only our small garden, but neighbouring ones too. As for the water; road works were being carried out overnight, and the mains were temporarily turned off. This is not uncommon in Malta, and whilst we apologise for the inconvenience of not having water for two hours (it wasn't for the entire night), it's really not in our control, and it's such a shame when a guest can't distinguish what's in our control, and what isn't, even after it was explained to them. Thanks for your feedback, Lucio! We're glad you enjoyed the location and the comfort of the room. The specific room type you chose, didn't have a Tv (it wasn't listed in the amenities). There are other room types which do feature TVs. We find most people don't watch much TV when on holiday, so putting one in each and every single room made no sense to us. Rgds Penny

We're sorry about the low score, but give that you didn't have hot water for a couple of hours one one morning due to an issue with the solar heater, we understand and apoligise.
