Should have more toilets + showers. The other shower for men was out of order. Beds could have curtains. Someone ate my labeled food from the fridge. I guess on the weekend there were no staff and the kitchen was a mess then.

The staff was nice. Good shower / toilet. Nice area on the roof top where you can even sun bathe if you want.

It was my second time in this hostel and I'm gonna come back soon. Friendly staff, clean accommodation, comfortable beds, new bathrooms (you don't feel disgustied), next to Paceville (clubs and pubs area) and casino. You can get here in 40 mins from the airport by public transport.

Rooms could be bigger. But for that price and location it’s still excellent value.

Great location, but the best part it the staff. The Brazilian Guy (Samuel?) makes the hospitality and takes care really of everything.

You had to message the staff to come and check in/check out (likely due to off-season timing and only 5 guests in the entire hostel), but it was slightly inconvenient

Clean, cheap, this was the only place in the entirety of Malta that actually had a heater to dry your clothes

Sometimes the door was open at night and it is not safe. They only gave one towel and did not change it and took 20 euro deposit for it. They should give more towel and cleaning can be better

I was never told that the deposit was 20 euros. Luckily there is an ATM next door at the bar. I would advise other travellers to bring this cash ahead of time as the ATM is private (charges extra fees). I do need to mention that the accomodation charges a surcharge for paying the deposit and city tax by card, which is actually *illegal* in the European Union and should not cost extra. I understand it's just a few cents but it's illegal. It's a bit of a party hostel and most visitors are in groups, so if you're looking for a relaxed surroundings maybe stay in a different district.

it has individual power points at every bed (british plug), you get a locker with a key provided, a towel is provided, the bed was comortable enough, airconditioned rooms, bathrooms were cleaned quite often, kitchen looked clean and modern although i didn't use it because the location is so close to restaurants and cafés. There was also a living room with a big TV.

Some of the people in the room were staying long term, 4-8 weeks and so were a bit messy and the room was a little disorganised for some of the stay. The air con was not run often even though it was hot as well.

Great location, kitchen had all the required things in it. Was easy to sleep in after a night out, room stayed dark.

The other residents of the Hostel was loud. It’s difficult to sleep or to keep sleeping when they’re up until 2am. Doors are very thin, you could hear them loud and clear

For the whole week I was there so from 11th-17th May, they had 2 of the 4 showers out as stated there was no hot water and one day there was a issue with electricity so was unable to charge phone or use the lights until the issue was resolved.

Nothing to like

I like the hosts, they are cheerful and helpful. The place is a real gem in terms of a hostel. They follow the rules of cleanliness strictly. I would recommend this hostel to anyone who likes a neat and tidy place. This was my first experience in a hostel and I always had a fear in my mind regarding the bathroom hygiene but this hostel made it clear that even shared places can be best for a staycation as well.

Wish there were bedside lamps. Only lamp was a ceiling light. Thought I would cook dinner most days but kitchen was a bit crowded so ended up going out. Some guests were snoring a lot :)

Friendly, helpful, open and talkative staff. Had some good conversations in the evening. Place was kept very clean. Thought there would be many young party animals who would come back late and make a noise but didn't see any. Guests were considerate towards one another, and most went to bed quite early. Didn't think it was noisy in the evening as others have mentioned. You could hear heavy machinery from a nearby construction site in the morning but that's temporary.

Well, it's kind of narrow and the town is very loud until late at night, but thats nothing the hostel can do anything about

The only thing i didnt like is, when i took a shower, suddenly the water turned boiling hot, i dont know why, i burned myself 2 times...please repair this, as it is dangerous...also the beds make a lot of noise when you get in and out

The staff is supernice amd helpful, the showers are sooo nice and clean, location close to the beach and partystreet, nice kitchen
