The hotel is just above the street, so it can be a little noisy in the evening.

Definitely need to change breakfast menu. We stayed 9 days and it was quite boring eat every morning same breakfast.

The hotel is located far from the main attractions and the island’s active life. The area around is very quiet, with almost nothing nearby — just elderly neighbors playing cards. Convenient for a short overnight stay near the airport, but not suitable for a holiday or exploring Malta.

Nice 3 star hotel, new and clean, close to the port and airport. Balcony with a view, friendly helpful staff, tasty breakfast.

My room's fire alarm went off early morning for no reason but only happened once.

Great breakfast ! Lots to choose from. Friendly staff working at breakfast in the morning. Awesome air-con as it's needed in the summer months. Room cleaned daily, towels replaced daily. Kettle with coffee, tea and milk in the room. Also mini-fridge was a welcome addition.

Bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable, fire alarm going off at 2 in the morning, then it went off in the morning and they thought we’d been smoking in the room!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff (literally everyone) were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new which you can see immediately. We had partial sea view, but I’d recommend taking sea-view room, as it is even better (balcony and bathroom). It is very close to the beach which is gr8 4 swim.

Bed is a little hard

Pretty Bay isn’t mentioned much when you hear about Malta but I am so glad we stayed here. The sea view is worth it and the room is so clean. Staff are super helpful and friendly too. It takes about 30 mins to Valetta in the 80 or 82 so we didn’t feel like we were missing out at all.

The breakfast.

The room was very good. We had a balcony and seaview. We know Birzebuggia very well and love swimming off the rocks. There is a wonderful beach to use as well. The breakfast was busy. There was not enough room to move near the buffet but there was a reasonable choice. We used Malta transport busses to Valletta and Mdina, and Mosta. Bus passes are cheap and easy to use. We went for Birzebuggia Feast which was absolutely wonderful. Marching bands and Fireworks. We loved every moment. We we go again and stay at the hotel as the rooms and facilities were excellent. Thank you.

I actually liked everything about the hotel. I was a bit dissapointed with the beach. The water was not really clean.

The staff was extremely nice, the rooms were very nice, new and comfortable. Cleaning service was on point and the breakfast was ok (there could be some improvements in variety).

Some people might be bothered by the nearby port and the lack of nightlife.

The hotel is brand new, comfortable, clean, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The waiter makes really good coffee during breakfast. There's an excellent sandy beach just across the street. A beach that's rarely found in Malta. It's excellent for families with young children, as there are facilities and activities for kids. The town is peaceful, with a long promenade by the sea. The housekeeping staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Special regards to Biljana and her colleagues.

Parking is a challenge and may require several rounds of the block. The set-up for a 3-bed room is not well done with the night stands at random places in the room and the power outlets not fitting to the beds. No reading lights.

Good location, fantastic breakfast with very attentive staff, modern useful features such as multi-type power plugs. Clean.

It would’ve been great if they had some reserved parking, there is good free parking outside on the street but during some times of the day it’s hard to get a hold of one.
