I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I will definitely be back!

Really nice staff, breakfast was delicious and had many great options, the room was always clean. Overall, everything was perfect!!

* great location (like 30m from the bus stop and 60m from the public beach) * blackout curtains (you can sleep whenever you like) * friendly and helpful staff * big and comfortable room * Breakfast is good and tasty, you can order good coffee with it.

The hotel is just above the street, so it can be a little noisy in the evening.

The location of the hotel was really good. We had the ocean right in front of the hotel and a few stores which are open until 23:00 every day. There were also a lot of restaurants nearby.

The staff of the hotel were extremely rude. They didn’t welcome us at all and never acknowledged us when we tried to talk to them or entered/left the hotel. After looking for the blow dryer for a bit, the receptionist told us after paying a fee of 10€ we will get a blow dryer (the 10€ were returned at the end of our stay). Furthermore we had to pay a deposit of 100€, which they didn’t tell us before we booked the room - they told us when we arrived at the hotel. On the end of our stay the hotel returned the 100€ after checking our room for any damages. The only friendly staff were the cleaning staff! Our room were cleaned daily but not precisely enough, there was always something that was still dirty! The breakfast room was way too small for every hotel guest. One day we had to wait to enter the breakfast room because they didn’t have any space left. Every staff was stressed and couldn’t handle the situation.

We also had to pay a deposit of 100€ which it didnt say at the booking website. The place for the breakfast was extremely small and couldn’t even fit 100 people. After 9 a.m you couldn‘t get seats and the staff didn’t let you in the room. Also my friends had a way bigger room than ours but paid the same amount of money for their room. Their balcony had a sea view and ours didn’t. This was not mentioned anywhere!

I like stuff, all of them extremely nice and friendly, specially guys from Bar and Receptionists 😊 Housekeeping ladies amazing and so talkative 😀☺️

Definitely need to change breakfast menu. We stayed 9 days and it was quite boring eat every morning same breakfast.

Nice 3 star hotel, new and clean, close to the port and airport. Balcony with a view, friendly helpful staff, tasty breakfast.

The hotel is located far from the main attractions and the island’s active life. The area around is very quiet, with almost nothing nearby — just elderly neighbors playing cards. Convenient for a short overnight stay near the airport, but not suitable for a holiday or exploring Malta.

Great breakfast ! Lots to choose from. Friendly staff working at breakfast in the morning. Awesome air-con as it's needed in the summer months. Room cleaned daily, towels replaced daily. Kettle with coffee, tea and milk in the room. Also mini-fridge was a welcome addition.

My room's fire alarm went off early morning for no reason but only happened once.

Excellent room, nice sea view on balcony, shower was great!

Bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable, fire alarm going off at 2 in the morning, then it went off in the morning and they thought we’d been smoking in the room!

• The location is very quiet and rural compared to Valletta, Sliema or St. Jualin’s. • The breakfast is delicious. • The rooms are very new, modern and clean. (Except for the used q-tip we found under our sheets in the bed). • The staff is kind, helpful and friendly. • There are multiple restaurants next to the hotel as well as a Starbucks.

• The beach next to the hotel is being shared with a harbor, so the water isn’t as clean as it is in other places throughout Malta. • We had difficulties with our stay the first night, as the hotel announced that our room is not available for the night that we had already reserved and paid for a month ago… We had to spend our first night in a different hotel that wasn’t half as clean and comfortable as CA Sand Dune. Additionally, as we arrived to our temporary hotel at around 3AM, we were informed that we had to pay additional charge for the night we were about to spend there (100€ per person = 200€ total), when we had already paid 1000€+ for the CA Sand Dune hotel… This issue was resolved in the morning, however it was very unpleasant to have to deal with it in the middle of the night and after a long flight. Additionally, CA Sand Dune hotel offered to pay for our taxi to their hotel the next morning, however the taxi got called unexpectedly and we had to rush our leave as well as pay for the taxi ourselves at first, which got resolved later on at the reception. • At 2AM a smoke alarm went off at the hotel, because someone had been smoking in the room…

Very clean and modern. Staff were always friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff (literally everyone) were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new which you can see immediately. We had partial sea view, but I’d recommend taking sea-view room, as it is even better (balcony and bathroom). It is very close to the beach which is gr8 4 swim.

The location was very central, parking was OK across near the beach, lots of eating choices. Room was very nice and staff were very helpful. Easy location to explore the are from
