Cosy studio with everything that you need. Clean rooms, fast internet and good air-conditioning. The location is amazingly with shops, restaurants, supermarket all located within the central piazza. Bus stops are just across the road and will take you all over the island.

Evenings can be noisy until around 10pm due to the activity in the piazza.

Just a good location and the the shops/restaurants arround

I don’t know why but from the second after cleaning, a urine-like odour that practically did not go away for the rest of the stay.

There are many stores and restaurants around the hotel. Although there could be some chatting noise in evening the inner Piazzeta of the campus, it wasn't too disturbing and the overall area is quite. There are many buses going to many locations. Note that this is not a full hotel, with nicely decorated rooms, or hi-tech amenities. It is a college dorm, where you are provided with the basics. My studio apartment had a living room (with 2 beds with clean sheets, 2 desks, 2 wardrobes, 2 chairs, 2 dressers), a small kitchen (with sink, stove, fridge, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, plates, cutlery), and a large bathroom (with shower). Although it looked like a college dorm, every day someone came to tidy up the apartment, empty all garbage bins (3 in the kitchen, 2 in the living room, 1 in the bathroom), replace all towels, etc.

Just to be clear: this is not a full hotel, but more of a college dorm, with basic amenities and almost no decorations (white walls, industrial style). I didn't mind it, and I actually enjoyed my staying, but here are some things that you shouldn't expect to have in your room: TV, hair dryer, spices in the kitchen, blanket (or some warmer cover) etc.

The courtyard and its facilities are good

However, we were greeted with dirty towels and unclean floors. The kitchen has an unpleasant smell because there is no window, and the doors are heavy and cannot be left open. We returned late from going out, and it was very disruptive to have staff knocking at 9 or 10 in the morning to collect the trash. There is a terrible smell throughout the entire campus, and the new towels we received every day seemed only lightly washed, as they were still dirty and smelly. They need to improve cleanliness and consider placing air fresheners if not in every room, at least in the hallways. The air conditioning worked very poorly and the window cannot be opened.

Very lovely staff, smiling, collaborative and nice. The room was fine, with a 140 cm bed, a table, many sockets, good lights, a/c. The buildings are well made and i enjoyed being there. Very nice to be in the middle of the "action" of so many students, workers and tourists who live there. Many places to eat, but i would have chosen a bit less fast-foody ones (like Burger king and Pizza hut...), and a few more healthy ones (there is only one). Delicious Amami and Ottoman. Great to have Wellbees supermarket right there! Swimming pool very nice, could use a bit more shade but very pleasant anyway.

As many have said already, the shower water needs to be contained better, maybe by simply building little boarders on two sides to avoid it from spilling everywhere. Also, the music choice is not always my favourite, and it is difficult not to hear it until you close your window. And as many said already, the doors make a lot of noise and it is difficult not to have them slam. Most of the staff was discreet in the morning, and would knock on the door to ask if i needed anything, but maybe it would be a good idea to have a little sign outside the door to signal when we want it cleaned? (like in hotels, the DO NOT DISTURB sign :-)

It has a lot of options for eating (and supermarket), as well as a good pool and some space for laying down outdoors. The bus lines are super close to the facilities.

The shower curtain is uncomfortable, water comes out easily.
