Everything was simply amazing. Beautiful house. Sparkly clean. Amazing view from the terrace. Thoughtful little sweets everywhere in the house for the guests. Centrally located. Great value for money. Great communication with Maria.

Beautiful place to stay. It’s feelable from the first step you make inside that everything where is done with love and care for people. We came earlier than check-in and were able to leave our luggage in the storage place inside. Maria welcomed us with big smile and made sure we are comfortable. The apartment is just gorgeous - you have amazing view on the port, and from the roof you can see a beautiful view on the city. We had water, coffee, tea, snacks waiting for us in the room. Great experience! Highly recommended place to stay.

The host had left our key in the lobby with my name tag. And in messages, she had left all other information about getting to and into the house. Everything was clear and went smoothly!

That extra bed for kids was not made! We arrived at 1:30 am, and the host knew we would arrive late; she knew we would be 4 people; we had discussed it before. I really, really didn't like the fact that this bed was not prepared.

Everything was so clean and very comfy. I love how friendly Marias was and thank you for everything. I really enjoyed the place and I recomend it to eveeyone who is going to visit Malta.

Beautiful terrace on the rooftop and the view. Good air conditioning. Room fully equipped, including little snacks. Lovely apartment, worth coming back :)

Nothing I told you it was perfect !

The apartment has a very charming and atmospheric design. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches like milk, toast, jam, pastries, tea, and coffee — it was a warm welcome. The rooftop view is beautiful, and we had a brief but pleasant encounter with the host, who was very kind and friendly.

The main reason we booked this apartment was the bathtub in the bedroom, which was clearly shown in all the photos — including those linked directly to our booking. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found out there was no bathtub at all, and we were given a different unit. That was a big disappointment. Additionally, our first impression was affected by a dirty ashtray with cigarette butts left on the balcony from previous guests. Another major issue was the inability to sleep past 6 a.m. due to the sunlight shining directly into the room. The layout of the room, with a mirror reflecting the light, made it impossible to avoid. There was no way to cover the window either.

We had room 2, we couldn’t get the hob to work, apartment is smaller than it looks in the pictures. There is no cleaning or changing of towels or linen, but there is a WhatsApp number to request things if you need them, we didn’t use this.

First of all when we arrived the kitchen was filled with ants. The owners did bring a spray and repellent after we persistently complained. Second, the pictures completely misrepresented the "room". We were accomodated in what appeared to be a closed off area od the rooftop balcony (which was a shared area). There were curtains separating us from the shared rooftop balcony but we had little privacy. I The size was very small, and it qas quite hot due to the fact this was not a room at all, but a closed of area of the rooftop.

Amazing accomodation, every detail is well-thought through, very nice location in the old city of Birgu. Amazing terrace and rooftop. Maria, the host answered all my questions on WhatsApp, easy communication. Highly recommended.

we would've appreciated having the sofa bed already done, but I understand that not everybody would like that, so it's perfectly fine, maybe a couple of hooks could be added in the bathroom

The location in Birgu was great and view from the balcony was amazing. We got a lot of assistance from Maria which was much appreciated. It was spacious and attractive and very comfortable.

It was a bit difficult to do any food preparation because there weren’t enough implements.

Just beautiful!!! Charming, romantic, comfortable, everything you need. The rooftop terrace is a nice surprise. Very clean, perfect location and many nice details that make your stay perfect.

This is the perfect location if you want to visit Malta. The old capital Birgu is very beautiful and quiet place. The apartment is a very romantic and cozy place. The rooftop garden has a spectacular views of Valetta and marina. Maria is super hospitable person and very responsive.

Great location. Very quiet and interesting area and only a short walk to several traditional cafes. Checkin was also very straightforward.

There was no curtain on the top window. It looked lovely in the evening but the sun shone direct through it onto the sleeping area early in the morning.
