The bed was not very comfortable and had a really awful mattress protector that creased very easily. Communication was not the best. Small complaint but I tried to communicate through booking.com about a lack of coffee mug and they told me to get one from a kitchen on the second floor that was likely in the main hotel, not this building.

Lovely location, very close to the centre of Valetta but away from the noisy tourist spots. The room had a nice atmosphere and the bathroom was spacious and clean.

admittedly if you want an actual full 'hotel' experience, then maybe this property isn't for you. however if you're up and out at 9am, home late afternoon for a shower and a nap, then back out until 11pm, then this property is exactly the one for you

The bathroom could have used a bath mat but otherwise no complaints!

The place was excellent, just as advertised. The staff were really responsive and helpful! Everything was very smooth and easy and I couldn’t recommend this stay any more highly!

My towels were taken to be cleaned and I think forgotten to be replaced, and the door to my room was left open- however they were very communicative and brought new towels first thing in the morning.

The location was great, really close to a beautiful and quiet swimming spot and close but not too close to the busy part of town. Flat was clean and had a lovely view of the city and sea. And the air con was a godsend!

The kitchen was quite dirty and in my room, underneath the bed, there was a lot of dust and some trash. The door to the room could have been a bit more sound proof as I have heard everything and everybody.

Then AC was a godsend and the mattress was quite nice to sleep on. The sheets were clean the the hosts answered all of my questions either through booking.com chat or through a phone call. There is self check-in and it is very easy.

I got here past midnight and had already notified the property and asked if I could contact someone incase of emergency or issues logging in - as there was a code for the main door entry and my room. I reached the main door and the keypad would not work. It was pitch dark and scary for a solo female traveler. 5 minutes later a kind guest from the 3rd floor balcony noticed me and then notified me that there was a power outage and that the keypad was not going to work till the morning. She also told me that the property manager was aware of this. I received no heads up about this and despite multiple calls, no one picked up or even followed up with me the next day. The kind hotel guest came down to open the door for me and with pure luck the keypad on my room door worked as it was not electronic but manual. Had this guest not showed me this kindness, I would have been forced to find another room at 1am. A true shame in customer service. Even if this issue had not transpired, charging this much for such a basic property is daylight robbery IMO and I would avoid the same.

On the contrary of the most comments, l cannot recommend the location as at late night, you are distracted with eyes. (donot go behind hsbc bank, if you are planning to stay in Valletta) In the facility, it is not possible to sleep because you hear every single step of the other tennats(I was staying on the top floor) even their pincode to open their doors and their door-talks. Some tenans I believe are familiar to each other and they were talking during late night, all talks are as if they are talking withi the room! In the room, there were ants walking throughout the floor, I put a note for the housekeeper to clean them but there was no housekeeper during the stay! Then why they ask for cleaning fee including the stay!! There were no hand towels, towels werenot replaced. In the balcony, there isnot any table or chair to sit and relax. There were dry cookies(I used them feeding the birds)in the room as a welcome guest but I wish they did a deep cleaning in the room, instead. I didnot eve stop by the kitchen, I believe it was much worse than the rooms. The facility asked for a checkout at 10.00am which is quite unusual, however they offer some guest a noontime checkout and when you ask to extend, they give okay as if they did a favour! Never recommend, please find a better place to stay.

It was absolutely impossible to sleep in the room. There is a big power generator right behind the wall of that room. It is turned on for most of the night making terrible noise. What is more, the forced ventilation system in the bathroom is very noisy. You can hear the ventilation sound whenever someone turns on the light in the bathroom not only in this room but in the whole building! The door is not sound proof so whenever your neighbours come back to their room at night, be prepared to hear every word of what they say the moment they open the front door (and this room is on the last floor...). I chose this accommodation because there was a shared kitchen in the offer. There is only one kettle in the whole building, so if you want to have a hot drink, you need to go to the basement. Sadly, on my second day the sewer broke in the kitchen and the sewage (unbelievable stomack churning stench) started running on my feet. I reported it to the staff who called the maintenance services. The kitchen was "fixed" by cutting off the water. It was super smelly and not possible to use it again - very dirty. The maintenance staff has basically a different notion of what is "clean", especially in the kitchen.

The location was good. I could even see a bit of the sea from the balcony.

Kitchen smells, bench tops were dirty with dishes left in the sink (by guests) for several days. I noticed on another guest's balcony a coffee cup from the kitchen being used as an ashtray. Bed was really uncomfortable. There's allot of noise from air-conditioning and people entering pin codes/doors closing at all hours The sink in my bathroom was blocked and the shower recess had a leak with water pooling into the bathroom floor. When I arrived there was only one towel, no hand/bath mats. I could hear the TV from the room across.

Location is excellent. Small local shops for groceries. Ok for an overnight stay. Balcony was nice.

Literally everything was perfect. The stuff was so nice, very helpful and fast responsive on messages as well. Location was great, room was very clean (they cleaned it every day and replaced towels and new shampoos) and it even smelled nice. Pictures of property don’t give it justice, it’s so much nicer:)
