The view from the balcony was spectacular as well as the view from the pool. Wish it was avalibile on the last day so we could stay longer. Room was a little tight tho and couldn't open the balcony doors fully. But the pastry & free coffee from a self serve machine were devine and one of the best breakys I've had.

Our room was lovely but very compact and didn’t bother us as we only had carry on luggage.

It’s a beautiful property with a lovely outlook and very central for all our needs. The staff were wonderful, breakfast food was delicious and the pool was great after exploring on a hot day!

The room was quite small. Bathroom door opened only half way because of bed.

Breakfast was extremely nice, everything there, no one could complain. Pool had a magnificent view and extremely clean. Location perfect, tight on the bay and in the middle of a wonderful restaurant Dolce Sicily. Lovely welcoming and staff.

It can get a bit noisy on the streets and pier in the evening / morning. However, never was it too loud that it felt uncomfortable.

Panoramic view from the room and the rooftop pool / terrace. Breakfast is included and has everything needed. Location is not as busy as St. Juliens / Silma, which was perfect. Access to beach locations is close and in walking distance. Morning runs around marsaskala at Sunrise is a one if a kind experience. Bus stations close by. However, plan ahead as it might take you 30 minutes to an hour to get to places. Variety of restaurants and supermarkets available closeby. Rooms are clean, and staff is helpful and polite. And not to forget free coffee machine in the lobby.

The only thing I would say is that the air con doesn’t have a remote and having to keep standing up to alter the temperature is not ideal. But the rest was great

I love everything.

The place is amazing with a view on a small harbour. The owner thought about everything, little details, decors, pictures on the wall and the pool is a cherry on top. Breakfast was delicious and various choice every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just 👏 bravo to the owner and staff.

The hotel met the price-quality ratio. Very good and varied breakfast, coffee, tea and water are provided. Good soundproofing, air conditioning. We were pleased with the balcony and view of the bay. Beautiful promenade with many good quality restaurants. The hostess is amazing. In addition, coffee is 24/7 and free. I recommend it.

Fantastic location in the beautiful town of Marsaskala. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, with lovely harbour views and excellent air-conditioning. The range of food available for breakfast was impressive and delicious. We also appreciated the reception snacks and unlimited coffee and cold water. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The pool area was great and while relatively small in size, there were always deckchairs or loungers available for our afternoon post-sightseeing dips! It was very easy to find parking for our hire car in the street behind the building (which is shaded!). There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby but there was no noise to bother us when inside the rooms. There is an excellent Thai restaurant on the other side of the harbour and great pizza and ice cream from the neighbouring Italian. Would happily recommend Casa Rosanna!

Points for Improvement: The motion sensor in the room was quite unnecessary and annoying, especially due to the blinking light. Occasionally, there was a bad smell from the toilet even though we hadn’t used it. The flush mechanism was weak, sometimes not powerful enough to clean the bowl completely. The hotel is in a lively area, which means night-time noise levels were high. While that’s understandable, better soundproof windows could have improved the experience significantly.

Positives: The breakfast was varied and each of the three times we visited, there was something new on offer. (Suggestion: While there was cheese like Gouda, it might be more fitting to include options such as Feta or cream cheese like Philadelphia for a more breakfast-appropriate selection.) The location was lively and well-situated. The pool was great – refreshing and perfect for relaxing in the evening. Staff were very friendly and professional, especially the breakfast team – shout-out to them for being so polite and attentive! No parking included, but there was usually sufficient street parking nearby. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was modern and fully functional, which we greatly appreciated.

Beds a little hard and pillows. Key card doesn’t work well. Plastic vegetable rack in a huge bathroom as storage. Some. Shelving in bathroom would be useful. Breakfast was a bit odd whilst quality was good, odd to have pizza and pasta, another day breaded chicken and potatoes, for breakfast as warm option.

Location is fabulous. Pool and canopy in the balcony. Treats and coffee in reception.
