The pool area is fabulous. Location very good. General staff good, check in staff surly and unfriendly.

The bed was probably the worst I have EVER slept on. The tap water can’t be drunk, yet bottled water isn’t topped up?? Very poor check in (& check out) experience.

Location, poolside amenities, breakfast was good, staff were pleasant. Godwin at the front desk was outstanding.

Pillows, poor A/C in guest room, guest room felt damp, guest room doors were swollen and would stick when opening/closing.

Location is good, it is decent priced.

I came for a work trip and booked a hotel originally for one night, got a silent room and slept pretty well so decided to book for additional nights, however I got a different room, which is very noisy from outside, impossible to get a good sleep. I woke up with a headache from noise before a conference. Also I asked for an iron and ironing board, did not get it for 12 hours. A complete disaster.

Day 1 The pool staff closed the umbrellas & we were left burning in the sun. The hotel should invest in better umbrellas. I wanted to call reception but there was no phone in our room. I called reception from my phone as the a/c wasn't blowing proper air (it was hot in our room). They sent someone from maintenance who did something & it was then blowing a bit more air (it was still hot in our room). Later on I called reception again as the a/c was blowing little to no air at all. Day 2 It was really hot at the breakfast area - the a/cs weren't working (you could see they were taken out of their place). We got a bad smell coming out of our room's a/c, so I called reception once again (3rd time). A maintenance guy came & he told us that it needed fixing, but when the room was empty, as there was a lot of messy work to be done. He did something, sprayed something inside it & it was a bit tolerable. We went out in the evening & when we came back, the smell in the room was super disgusting. The a/c was blowing out a very bad smell. I called reception for the 4th time. They said there were no maintenance people as it was around 11:30pm. The receptionist offered to change our room (something that should have been offered to us during the 1st day I guess) but it was late & our son was half asleep, so we declined that offer. I asked for a fan but they are non-existent in your hotel (so there's no plan B for when an a/c malfunctions). I said to the receptionist that I expected some kind of compensation & he offered vouchers for lunch - I said no, as we needed to leave after bfast. Even if that wasn't the case, we didn't want to eat or do anything else after all that happened to us. So we stayed in the same room, opened the door & spent all night getting bitten by mosquitoes.

Rooms need a renovation and lifts need upgrading

Location, the staff around the pool are excellent.

Stayed 8 years ago and loved it. Unfortunately the hotel is in need of a makeover, air con is terrible, the lifts are a joke, not worth the money now.

Breakfast had a great selection, very impressed. Staff were lovely, couldn’t do enough for you. Pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds to choose from

The lift situation, a lot of waiting around for it. Most of the time used the stairs but when on a higher floor sometimes you just wanted to take lift but was taken too long to get to floor that we were on

Amazing location! 10 min walk from the main clubbing area, and the breakfast & hotel pool/spa were very nice.

The lifts are very inconvenient, it takes 10-15 minutes to get the lift , very slow and unreliable

Quiet, good breakfast

Check in is at 3pm, we went at 5.30 pm and room was still not ready. We were offered a free soft drink which I did not except. We had a work do at 7pm which we ended up going late to. checkout was still at 11am

The room wasn’t ready for another 40 minutes after check in time but they did let us use the pool until then

Location & pools

I was there for a few nights and had a very early start in last night. Last I had a group of lads in room next door that generated a large amount of noise without intervention. This continued late into the night.

Pretty much everything

The shower had low pressure, high chance of leaking through unto the floor, and there is a lack of elevators.

Location is excellent but this hotel needs a desperate refresh. It is evident in all areas that it works hard and need to employ an updated maintenance program. Each day was surprise as to what would be replaced in your room - towels/tea/coffee etc. Room service staff on point with regards to requests. Rooms had damaged walls, lifting floor tiles and a lack of storage facilities.

Overall tiredness of the hotel. Common areas needing maintenance, lack of functioning lifts, front desk staff need to be more informative. Breakfast staff were great once you found the right ones - dining area was clean & efficient for a large hotel. Rooms in desperate need of a makeover.

Lifts were very slow..

The rooms are indeed spacious and clean, and the breakfast quality was also quite enjoyable.

The breakfast hall was quite warm, and it would have been appreciated if the air conditioning could have been activated, but unfortunately, it was not, making the breakfast experience rather uncomfortable.
