Nothing particular maybe could have had a mop as after beaches and all dust from heat would have made it a bit easier to clean up each day.

It was very comforting, but kitchen couldn’t sit us all for breakfast, not enough chairs but overall was very pleased and my family very happy. could inform about form filling earlier before the flight so trip could be easier planned. Sofa Bed couldn’t come in or out when we came in but they have fixed very promptly

In all honesty the apartments are noisy. Sound travelled all over the building and the lift is very loud. Especially as people ( ourselves included) seem to be coming and going at all hours. We had to request a kettle. There appeared to be damp in the main bedroom. A mirror in the smaller bedroom would be useful too. There was a leak under the sink which I reported and received an immediate response.

Location to bus stop was great. The marina was beautiful too. Good food outlets and convenience stores. We found Edward most helpful and friendly.

In the night it can be little noisy as there are bars around. The bathrooms smelled bad when we arrive and there was 2 insects (c).

The location was good, in front of the apartment there is public parking with many parking spots. The assistant Paula was very reachable and friendly behind the mail communication. When you missed any facility, Paula made sure it was fixed the next day.

To be picky, but only because we are Italian, we were missing placemats or a tablecloth for meals.

Everything is truly exceptional, the apartment is very clean, comfortable and equipped with all the equipment. Bus stop under the house for all destinations. Lots of shops nearby for shopping. Despite being a fairly busy area, especially with the windows closed, the noise is not audible. Excellent communication with the managers who also solved a big problem for us by giving us the possibility of staying for another 2 days because my wife was very ill. Highly recommended to everyone!

At first we were a little afraid of the accommodation because we found it cheap compared to other apartments. Finally arriving at the apartment we were very happy it was very clean, large and in very good condition. Thank you to the owners for their responsiveness. I recommend it was perfect !

It was dirty, there were hairs and pubes on the floor when we came to the apartment. There was mold on the walls. One bed looked like the sheets weren’t changed from the previous users. There was also a problem with the deposit. NO WHERE when I booked did it say i would have to pay a deposit of 200€, the process was also not very smooth as I had to put the information of the card in a form multiple times, they sent me some sketchy links. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The location was good near to the bus stop. And the flat is big, but worn out, visible damages on the furniture.

First of all, the lock of the large window was broken and anyone could enter from the outside. Malta is a very safe city, but I didn't feel safe in this situation. The staff arranged for a technician right away, but it never came until the end. Next, the atmosphere around the inn is not a pleasant tourist spot, but an area where many locals live, so it is not recommended for walking with children.

Several things. First, the host tried to charge for a late arrival even though nobody was there when we arrived and we had instructions over whatsapp several hours before arriving to the house. The degree of cleanliness of the apartment when we checked in was poor, with unpleasant smell. Most of all, during three days of our staying we were plagued by several cockroaches that drastically dimished the satisfaction of our staying. We complained several times with the host but the problem was not solved at all.

Instructions to find the place could have been more explicit. The driver provided by Harmony didn't know which building the apartments were in & it took a while to find. Also the location of the apartment door key took some time to find. We weren't told which floor the apartment was on so had to find it ourselves.
