Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The reception staff were extremely polite, always willing to help, and eager to recommend shops and places worth visiting. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access and comfortable parking. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and offer good soundproofing, ensuring comfort and relaxation. Among the amenities, we especially enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi, which was definitely a highlight of our stay.

Great apartment and location. We booked a studio apartment, which included a kitchenette with a dining area, a bedroom, a large bathroom, and a large terrace. Plus, there was room for a sofa and a TV by the entrance. The location is on a quiet street and very close to the marina with yachts and a street lined with restaurants. The photos are accurate. We'll definitely be back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel felt clean and cozy. Everything necessary is available. The location was quiet, as it is in the middle between Valetta and Sliema. Beautiful promenade, cafes and kiosks nearby.

Lack of a real closet with shelves. There were hangers but other than that, there was no real space to leave the folded clothes.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They made sure to have our room ready earlier, just because they knew that we're coming a bit before the check-in time. We really appreciated that after our difficult travel. The nice lady at the service desk also gave us really great instructions regarding beaches, important places to visit, bus lines and suggested some great food spots and coffee shops in the area. The room was clean and the hotel has a kitchen and a hot tub that the guests can use free of charge. We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel and would go back given the opportunity.

The accommodation was a great choice. Everything was clean, well equipped. The room was cleaned every day, even on weekends, and the cleaning lady was very nice and polite. The receptionists were also very helpful in everything. The location of the accommodation is also good, close to the bus stop, mini market, restaurant. The room had a hairdryer, kettle, towels, soap. The area is not noisy at night, you can sleep peacefully. Late check-in was not a problem, a personalized envelope was waiting at the reception, so you can check in and check out when you want. The airport is a quarter of an hour by taxi, and it is not expensive, so you can conveniently approach the accommodation in case of a late or early flight. The beautiful beaches on the other side of the island can be reached by bus in 1 hour, the buses run frequently. If I were to travel to Malta again, I would stay here again, because it is a great hotel.

The hotel was wonderful! It’s very close to the bus station,where you can go anywhere around the island,it depends on you ! It was very clean! The housekeeping was doing properly! Changing the towel and cleaning every day! The front desk ladies were very kind and offered us all information where to go or eat good around the island , since the first day ! The staff knew from my ID that is my birthdate and the have been waiting us with a bottle of wine in the room,from the house! It was a very good experience! We will comeback for sure!🙌

There was no option for do not disturb. They had to come in every day and clean and rearrange the room. I had dirty clothes bundled in a t-shirt on the bed (which I had kind of made) and they unbundled my dirty clothes, folded them, including dirty underwear and stacked them back. What were they looking for? They also put my clean swimwear on the luggage rack--luggage racks are dirty and no place for clean clothes. I had shoes out and they put them under the bed, thus inconveniencing me and delaying me the next time I needed to wear them because I had to look for them. Why didn't they leave them where I left them?

Shower curtain was a bit mouldy but wasn't a deal breaker. I prefer sleeping with a quilt than the thin sheets provided, which took a bit of getting used to. But the bed was comfortable.

The taxi driver that the hotel book was delay 30 min. Our flight was with delay but this is not excuse. After that didnt have change to give me back from 100 euro. Finally i send the money with revolut

All was good

The staff was amazing. Let us leave our luggage there much earlier than the check-in time. Prepared the room sooner than expected. All was clean, comfortable, and perfect. The lift was a nice surprize. The area is safe and easy to walk around at night. Bus is 5 min away... good connection to all ways.

Chapter 5 is an excellent hotel located near public transport. There are lots of local restaurants and shops. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and full of good information about what to see and where to eat and which buses to take. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend the hotel to others. We had a wonderful stay.

Nothing really. Maybe having a telephone that worked as when we got locked out we had to pay off our own phones to call.

Staff incredible!!!!! She was the loveliest receptionist I think I've ever encountered. We got locked out one night, and she had a wonderful over-the-phone procedure to help us. The receptionist gave us incredible recommendations, etc.

The hallway to the room was very dark.

The room was big and comfortable. The hotel is just down the road from the harbour just outside Veletta. We hired a car whilst we were there and had no problem with on street parking. The staff were amazing, they were extremely friendly and accommodating. They organised the car rental for us. There are loads of restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel.
