Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaOverall its good and clean space. The TV was little outdated, but has a hdmi cable linked to it, so you can plug your laptop. The water pressure is terrible. Need some work on plumbing. Apart from that the place is good as it is near to beach and closer to Eurospar store

United KingdomThe bathrooms were not very clean. Likewise, many of the kitchen utensils had to be washed again before they could be used. The duvets were very old, dod not smell great and were ripped in places. The dishwasher did not work, and if I sent message to the owner, it took a while for her to respond, which is not great when you are on a short stay trip. The address of the location was quite confusing too, as the number of the apartment did not match the address displayed on the website. A picture of the front door should have been included. A video was sent, but if your net access is weak and/or your battery dies, you have no chance of finding it as it was unclear on booking.com.
Nice spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities and at an extremely affordable price. The owner allowed us to check in well before check-in time and was very pleasant. The building had a lift and the shops were nearby. Once we understood our surroundings, we found the beach nearby as well as the marina, which really brought Majorca to life for us.

The dishes were old and the house lighting was bad. The heating jar was bad and we used pots to boil water for coffee or tea. The soap dispensers were old and rusty and the sheets were never changed and we stayed in them for 8 days
