Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThe apartment itself could’ve offered more amenities especially for the price of the property you would be better off staying at a hotel. There was a washing machine but there was no fabric softener or laundry detergent present. Also be aware if you are checking in after 9pm the host charges a 35Euro late fee, we thought that it was unreasonable as we cannot control what time our flight had arrived.

GreeceΤhe behavior of our "host" was not appropriate, mainly due to: 1. Two days before our arrival, they sent us an email, requesting 250E as security deposit via a form, not supporting by booking.com. This money would be returned to us days after our departure ( in the fine print about the apartment is was mention that if this insurance was requested, it would be for 200E and we would give them directly to someone responsible to keep until our departure day. We contacted with booking to solve this problem, because we weren't able to get along with them. 2. Our flight arrived with a two hours delay and we gave due notice to our host. He tried to charge us with a late check in fee of 35E but he refrained from doing so upon receiving PHOTOGRAPH that we proved we were outside the apartment without delay. He then delayed to come and check us in, since he had to check in other clients - if one person is not enough for this job maybe they should consider hiring more. In regards to the cleaning of the apartment, the towels and bed sheet provided, there is a lot of space for improvement, provided the considerable amount of money requested for 3 days. The towels used to leave pile when we used them and the bed sheet did not smell like they were washed recently.
Good location, very close to bus station and supermarket and at the center of St. Julian's. The apartment is in a new building and the furniture is also new and the kitchen is modern, fully equipped.

United StatesPick-up driver not at prescribed location for pick-up. Driver was on Street in front of airport not in designated pick-up area we were advised to go to. No management ever met us for key or instructions to operate kitchen apppliences, TV, or WIFI. After driver took us to property he handed us the key to the apartment. He is the only person representing the property that we came in contact at the property. He did not show us how to operate any appliances and stated he had to hurry up and go on another call. So we were left on our own from day one! Bed terrible! $39 old queen size bed in apt. hard as a brick, asked for replacement was given very old King size top to put over mattress. One foot overlap on each side of mattress. Very difficulat to to impossible to have a good night's sleep! From day one we noticed a pool of dirty brown water every day in front of our washer and dryer on the veranda. We left several messages for someone to come out and take care of the problem, after 3 weeks with one week to go a maintenance man came out and fixed the problem of a drainage pipe that was clogged and also partially disconnected that was causing the problem.
