We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BrazilWe had a wonderful stay! The room was comfortable and airy, with an excellent bed. The accommodation also offered space to wash and dry our clothes, which was a big plus. Although the bathroom was shared, it was spacious and well-ventilated. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist us with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment is in a great location, and the bathroom has a very large shower. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely stay here again next time.

The house was beautiful and well kept, providing your own floor with kitchen, living room and bathroom access. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided.

HungaryWe liked the location of the accommodation, as well as the flexibility - we arrived after midnight and could easily get in the house with a code without having to wake up anyone or proceeding with a fron desk check-in. We also had a few inquiries, and the communication with our host was easy and clear. Our room was cosy and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

We got locked out of our room once because we forgot the keys we got a fast answer about how to get back in, the location was quite good, and overall for the price it was a very good accomodation.

Location is great and the hosts were super friendly and helpful! There is a nice, relaxing living room area and overall the place was very comfortable (especially the bed), plus we could also use the washing and the drying machine. There was not much need for buying water since there is a pump water filter - a big plus.

IrelandThe house wasn't cleaned at all the whole time I was there. The bin was full and supper smelly in the last day. Also, a female staff asked us to change the bin bag in the recyclable bin, I didn't understand why at all. We are not responsible for the cleaning, we shouldn't be asked for that (and she wasnt polite when she asked). Bathroom is nice but also needs to be cleaned.
Location is good, staff was helpful when I asked for earlier check in. Room was big and bice, ac was good, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Kitchen well equiped, you can easily prep your meals. Very easy to park in the streets around the apartment. We went for dinner and drinks everyday walking as the apartment is close to many restaurants and bars in St Julians. Also close to a beach but not the nicest you'll find in Malta.

CanadaFloor of room wasn’t overly clean, bathroom wasn’t freshly cleaned when we arrived or cleaned during our stay. Should allow an earlier check in or to leave bags at the accommodation before check in not sure what takes this long to clean as the bathroom wasn’t freshly clean and bedroom was semi clean. Would recommend changing the sheets.
Great location, easy check in, room is very large with lots of room, the host is very friendly and helpful! The house is cosy, feels like you are visiting a friends home, very nice vibe! Host kindly let us leave our bags at the accommodation after check out!!

GermanyWe don't have much to complain. The only thing would be the noise. Be aware there are two kids in the house. The soundproof of the house is bad. So we can hardly keep sleeping after 8am.
The location is good. Within 10min walking there are different bus stations. Easy access to the city centre and airport. Easy self checkin and checkout. Their website is also very informative.

FranceFirst of all the noise. We couldn’t sleep at all the first night. there is no isolation whatsoever so everything that happens outside the room feels inside your head. The window was to the street so cars and passers by shared the room with us as the window was old school and had cracks. Same for the door of the room, we literally heard everything as if people were sharing the room with us : kids crying or screaming or just talking, their parents shushing them or talking to them. the first night this went on late at night and started very very early (6am) so we didn’t sleep at all. this is the worst thing ever because no matter how good everything else, if you can’t sleep during your holidays then it ruins everything. another thing, the second day the water heater was not working. we tried several time but there was only icy cold water so impossible to shower. we haven’t met the owners / the managers of the property so we couldn’t ask for help or share this feedback otherwise. P.S. we were given Gandalf room. there was another room that looked more modern and had better isolation. so it’s probably better.
the property was in a good location close to main attractions in Malta. the room was very clean, same for shared areas. The wifi signal was very good as well. the online automated checkin and checkout were very professional and worked smoothly (although I would’ve appreciated some human interactions but this was clear since we booked and worked very well and on time)
