We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast choices were great and food was first quality - prepared well. The staff was outstanding !! It was our grandson’s 9th birthday - Lieke, Valentina, Caterina in the Front Office arranged for balloons and towel art (an elephant and birthday cake sculpted out of towels) - amazing. We appreciated their attention, politeness, and hospitality so much that we sent them a box of candy as a thank you after check out.

United KingdomWatch your check out receipt carefully before leaving because we’ve been charged a restaurant bill of almost 100 euros by mistake and we have not eaten from hotel restaurant, so check thoroughly your check out receipts before leaving. We thankfully did and staff was quick to amend the mistake.
Everything was nice about the hotel. Big beautiful rooms and absolutely perfect scenic location. Easily accessible and comfortable travelling to all the three cities via boat and ferry station that’s exactly opposite to the hotel. Lots of eating options at the short walking distance. If you’re looking for HALAL options that too are available at 8 minutes walk from hotel, including chick king and one Turkish restaurant. Also an Indian/ Pakistani restaurant at 4-5 minutes drive away.

Staff were attentive and friendly and the breakfasts had lots of choice. A bonus was the water taxi to Valletta was a few minutes from the from of the hotel on the harbour.
