Some issues in terms of organisation, missing towels, no new paper roll but it didn't happen everyday.

The employees are very helpful and nice, the bed is really comfortable, it's in a noisy area but you cannot hear much when sleeping.

Sometimes the bathroom had a weird smell; The bathtub wasn’t very functional (the water splashed out to the floor since there was no glass or protection; Even though the location was good and close to a lot of spaces, it was also close to a lot of bars and discos, so the noise was a bit too much at night and until late hours. Good for the ones who look for the partie life, but not so good for the ones who are looking for some rest and sleppy time; There was no warning about having to pay a deposit.

It’s really close to bars with live music – perfect for those who want to enjoy the nightlife, but it might be a bit noisy for light sleepers.

The bathroom tend to get wet and slippery after taking a shower. The hotel charges 100 eu deposit, which was not informed before.

The location was near the bars and clubs, which is perfect for going out. The breakfast was great and the staff was very kind as well, especially Ana<3

The overall impression is quite good, however, during our stay there was a lot of noice from the contraction near the hotel and the lift from street to hotel didn’t work.

My only negative comment is the bath which will get the bathroom like a swimming pool if you take a shower and not bath.

I feel like when we arrived there was a lot of building work going on around the area early in the morning and would have liked to be communicated when booking. Also feel like the shower could be better as it need to be covered as it makes a lot of messy with a lot of water on the floor

The location of the property and the value for money and i’ve stayed here before so knew exactly what to expect. I will be back to stay here again!

The bathtub in the bathroom is very slippery and it is difficult to get into it without slipping. The water tap is at one side of the bathtub and the shampoo and shower gel containers are at the other side of the bathtub, which creates a problem when showering. There is no splash guard, so after showering the whole bathroom is full of water.

The only downside is that there is a big construction site right outside the window, and they start construction work at 8 am so it is quite noisy and disturbing, but this is not the hotel’s fault.

Good location, close access to the centre of St Julian where all the restaurants and bars are, also walkable to the waterfront. Bed is very comfortable

The only things that can be improved, is making sure that the right information is passed, because when I checked in, I was informed by the reception manager that they would pre-authorize 100€ in case of room damaging. That is totally fine, but I told her that I would need the docket from the machine on check out, with the pre aut reversed and she said that it's not possible and that the money would be in my account in 1 day, even though I told her that I have a debit card so that is not possible. Later I was informed by another receptionist that the pre auth can take until 21 days to be released in the card... Also I asked for an extra key because I left mine in the room and I was informed that only in the mornings they could give me an extra key.. and the receptionist had to leave reception alone to open my room door.

The room was very clean and with all the amenities needed. The breakfast was very good, especially on the second morning because I went earlier, so there was more variety. The owner was present in different departments and always had a smile on his face and was ready to greet the guests. Vino, was helpful and very friendly and Ana from reception is a must in the team, what a lovely receptionist, always ready to help. From the breakfast I have to mention Thomas and the sweet Sushmita. After checking out the room, I left my bag, and Ana also let me keep my things in the freezer. Thank you for everything guys, keep up with the good work!

Noise. Constant noise. In the evening from the club/bar in the shopping center across the street which bounces right in that direction. The only positive thing about it is that they have a good selection of music (Italian hits and disco and ABBA nights...) so it wasn't that annoying. However, the noise that was very annoying was the one in the morning from the construction work that happens under the window. It would be good if the hotel would provide a notice or warn their guests in some way.

Nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but there's a little bit of everything. Staff at breakfast is very friendly and helpful. There is free parking in the street. We enjoyed with our kids there.

The hotel is in a quite noisy location. During the daytime - the noise from constructions nearby, during nighttime - noise from the local bars.

Fridays and Saturdays can be lively, as this area is well known for its nightlife. However, it was only occasional moments when we could hear the street activity. It was not disturbing at all, as the windows are well soundproofed and block out the light effectively.

The location is on a beautiful, small, and quiet street, yet close to everything a tourist might need. Parking can be a challenge in Malta, but on our street, we always found an empty spot, which made the whole experience much easier. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was rich, and they prepared eggs to our liking every day. A truly warm and heartfelt experience with the employees. We stayed on the second floor, and it was perfectly quiet, allowing us to sleep long and well, which is essential on a trip like this.

Had some issues with the toilet not flushing and then not stopping the flushing. Staff was very quick to fix the issues though.

A lot of moisture in the bathroom. The door cards were not working so the receptionist had to unlock the door for us every time. It was no huge problem but would be good to improve it.

The hotel had a good location. The room was comfortable, although a bit small for our taste. The Wi-Fi was reliable and free, which was a great plus. The staff was very friendly, and the service at the reception was very good. Rating: 7/10

The bathroom had a bathtub without a curtain or a bathtub door and as a result water was all over the place. Considering that the hotel is located very close to the nightlife, you could hear the music and noise from outside eapecially on Saturday night.

The room was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good for those who want to experience the nightlife of Paceville . The breakfast was also very good since you had a choice of what you wanted them to prepare for you.
