Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomReally important for hosts to make clear that there are lots of steps up to the apartment - could be difficult with lots of heavy luggage. Shame that the balcony wasn't big enough to sit or eat out. There is a roof terrace. We loved the location but public transport is limited. We used taxis quite a lot to get round which was not expensive for three of us
The view is stunning as suggested - great view of the Grand harbour. Location was good - lots of restaurants nearby along the harbour as well as a landing point for the water taxi across to Valletta. Apartment nice and spacious, kitchen well equipped.

United KingdomThere are a lot of steps to the property and then 3 flights to the apartment which I thought was great for fitness but wouldn’t be suitable for less fit or elderly. Also there is no light on at night The tv and fridge didn’t work but small details and didn’t affect us. One of the bathroom sinks was blocked but there were so many sinks in the apartment! The location and views are priceless
Apartment is in an amazing location. The balconies open up to harbour views and you can see Valletta and the upper Barrakka gardens There are outstanding restaurants just a 2 min walk from the property and the apartment is furnished beautifully in authentic Maltese style There were only 2 of us staying and we had practically our own suites as so much space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the beds were so comfortable. You can use Bolt to get around or take the ferry to Valletta from Cospicua a 5 min walk or the traghetti from Vittoriosa The neighbourhood is stunning and away from built up Sliema and St Julian’s etc but you can travel to those places very easily

United KingdomThe air conditioning was not working correctly and I got no response to 2 messages regarding this. Although there was plenty of crockery there were very few glasses. Also helium balloons from previous residents were left behind
Location was exceptional, apartment was roomy and clean with plenty of crockery. Water was always hot and two en-suite bathrooms was a bonus

CanadaHopefully only 1 person in your group would want coffee or tea, as there was only 1 mug. I asked for another for our 5 day stay, and got a reply that they would look into it. No further help or correspondence. When I asked if we could leave luggage for a few extra hours, I was sent a link to a luggage storage place in Valletta, a 30 minute bus ride away. Also be aware, there are at least 50, and possibly many more stairs to negotiate between the streets to access the apartment and up the 2 flights in the building.
The location is great, perfectly clean and spacious. It was nice to not be in a hugely touristy area. Nice restaurants nearby. Beautiful view

United KingdomThe kitchen was very poorly equipped. Barely any glasses or mugs. Not suitable at all if you like to cook at home. This was very disappointing. TV want working when we arrive there but it was fixed soon after I complained.
View from the apartment was spectacular. The decor inside the apartment was also in a beautiful style.

United KingdomThe flat was not easy to walk to especially with suite cases or baby buggies. No lift in the building and no light from the entrance to the Level we stayed (it can be quite dark in the night). The flat is quite old. Some of the power sockets are not working. TV can't be connected to wifi either. The shower room in the main bedroom has got serious blockage. Everytime I took shower my feet were fully soaked in soapy water (it's like a mini-bathtub in there). I have complained to the management agency for 3 days and finally they sent someone over. Unfortunately the problem wasn't resolved still. Both sofas in the living room smells like old sweat. The owner should really consider getting the replacements.
The flat is very spacious with stunning harbour view. Kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking. Bedrooms are very big too with en-suite bathrooms. We really like this location as it's close to the airport (less than 15min drive) and quiet for those who are not keen for late-night parties. Many nice resturaunts are located by the harbour. It's about 15min walk to the Ferry Dock, and easily connected to Valletta. We really like the fact that this area is not the centre for tourists nor loud party crowds. Yet so many beautiful spots to walk to, and you'll never get bored with.
