Thank you for your comments. I want to note a few points in response to your comments. You first notified Fauzia B&B on the morning of the 8th July 2025, having departed the previous morning. In your message, you noted that you had spilled coffee on your clothing, and the breakfast lady offered to assist you in cleaning the coffee stain, which you were happy for her to do. Having received your first message on the 8th, we communicated with you via WhatsApp (approximately 30 messages), and within these messages, we apologised for what had occurred, and sent, as you requested, a picture of the bottle from which the cleaning liquid had come. So I do feel the response was quick, apologetic, and helpful towards the questions asked by you at the time. Regards the daily make-up of the room, this is not a service we provide, but if requested, we would have provided it for you. Had you stayed more that 4 nights a full cleaning and change of linen is provided. Water bottles with drinking water x 2 were provided in your room at the point of arrival, and during the check-in process, you were shown where you could refill these bottles at any time during your stay at no charge. I appreciate that the water dispenser stopped working during your stay, and because of this, I placed two large bottles of water outside your room the following day.
